Nice but…
I really wish completed tasks didn’t disappear, or there was an option letting you decide whether you want to see your completed tasks or not. For my productivity it’s really important to see/track what I’ve done towards a specific goal. When completed tasks disappear I get lost.

Life Saver!
Todoist is a life saver for my business workflow! I spent hours trying out Asana, ClickUp and even Apple reminders for my tasks and projects however Todoist wins for its mix of simplicity yet powerful workflow capabilities.
One of the best I’ve found
The addition of the notification feature has really helped me. I started using this app over a year ago, and it was good. It was very user friendly, I loved the layout especially when displayed on my laptop. I often lack organisational skills and ended up not using it for a while. A big life change lead me to needing to do something about my productivity and I went back to using it and saw it you can set notifications for the task at the time you set (I believe before you had to pay to have notifs). Absolute game changer as I often get distracted on my phone so it helps keep me on track. Only putting 4 stars as there’s always room for improvement!
Cluttered, complex and buggy.
This is insanely overcomplicated for a todo app, lots of annoying gamification and very poor UI design makes the whole experience nothing short of abysmal. The app also threw lots of obscure errors when I tried to delete my account. This is one to avoid!!
Great product
I have been using ToDoIst for a couple of years now after switching from Trello. I find it very easy to use, reliable and the integration with my calendar is seamless and very useful. Highly recommended
Account verification flaky
Signed up on a monthly basis, and entered my projects. Started getting accounts verification requests in the app. Asked for email to be sent and tried to verify but it wouldn’t accept it. Subsequently no more emails have reached me. So I asked for help which raised a ticket but no follow up help. Trying to check the ticket says access denied. Warnings received that account will be deleted in7 days if not verified and all work lost. Still waiting for first non bot contact and frustrated !!! Contacted by a human who sorted things so now back on track - thanks. Will review again once I’ve used it for a month or so.

Great to do list ap - shame the “Pro” version is overpriced
Love the ap and would like some of the “Pro”features but the subscription price isn’t value for money.
