It’s not possible to use app

worst marketplace ever

Never received product because the seller is a cheater. I ordered product on 9 May with next day delivery. but the goods were delivered only on May 13, when I could no longer receive it because I left Bali. On May 11, I wrote a complaint asking not to deliver the goods, since I would not be able to receive it. but they brought it anyway, handed it to a stranger and attached this photo as confirmation that they delivered the goods! seriously? the man ordered tampons?! absolute scam

This Tokopedia app is in Indonesian Only. The most horrible marketplace! Most vendors don’t have items in stock or, at best, your order will turn into a pre-order. Tokopedia has a habit canceling your order immediately after placement without giving you a reason. Your card refund will be processed for 14 days. Good luck reaching customer service, you will get a bot in Indonesian
