I won’t go to this place forever, can’t believe to spend such a lot money even after you buy a ticket. Moreover app is inconvenient and not user friendly, but everything needs to reserve through apps, imagine if an elderly is hard to use it. Bad experience worse place!
1. Slow app opening time; it takes a few seconds to enter the map interface. 2. The map switching by itself between Disneyland and DisneySea is an absolute nuisance. 3. The map totally relies on mobile data, so some areas with poor reception, especially inside some buildings, make the map unusable. 4. Unfriendly interface for purchasing “Disney premium access.” Even if the app is going through the payment process, the “access” can still be sold out for the selected time slot, and the payment gets rejected. In general, the user experience with the app and the parks is horrible. We arrived at the park half an hour before opening, and there were already thousands of people waiting for the park to open. Before entering the park, we couldn't purchase “Disney premium access,” “priority pass,” or “entry request.” Once we entered the park, everyone was standing at the opening area of the main entrance, using the app to purchase “premium access,” get the “priority pass,” and make “entry requests.” I think Tokyo Disneyland redefines the concept of an amusement park. When I visited Disneyland, I expected to enter a world of fantasy. I tried 4 times to register as a new member though the app. It responds failed in between. How come???? The blank to fill in your birthday goes wrong, you cant even type the correct date!
