The newest update is not good.   I thought I was on the web by the looks of it and things are so very hard to find that you want to find now :(
    I hadn’t been ripped off by them in a while until this bad update and now I’m just getting kicked out of my games every few turns.   It’s so frustrating.   I have played for a long time, and loved this game!  But IF YOU DO NOT RECORD YOUR PLAYS AND ANYTHING GOES WRONG, FORGET GETTING YOUR MONEY/GEMS BACK.   
     Wish they hadn’t updated it. Was my favorite crane app.
Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for money loss from kick outs & terrible app update.

The prizes are winnable, watch others before you play. Learn how each game is suppose to be played. Not all plushies move the same and neither do the action figure boxes even when they are similar sizes. As for other games that use a decoy item to play with, same goes. Watch and learn then play. 

The free shipping is amazing, I wouldn’t play if it weren’t for it. 

Has a bit of a learning curve but if you give it time to watch and learn first, this app is great. If it were any easier it wouldn’t exist.

The problem is that it’s just like usual crane games. It’s impossible half the time to do much as move the boxes. The sheer amount of money I’ve dumped into this on things that just don’t move from where they’re stuck is ridiculous. The obstacles that hold up the boxes stop them from falling in. They stop them from being lifted. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s just not worth it.

Don’t trust what app shows you. Customer support with either blame your internet connection or just claim nothing went wrong even with video evidence. Keep getting kicked out of control of machines with a few seconds on timer and their response is to hurry up and not take the full time allowed. Customer support used to be halfway decent not anymore. Buyer beware.

Just like real life claw games, this one is a scam, the claw won’t have enough tension to keep a hold on your prize. I’ve heard that once you’ve spent enough money trying to catch an item it’ll give you the right tension to do it though, so you might as well find the item you want on the internet and pay for it

I have spent a lot of money with Tokyo Catch. Their app is laggy and causes issues a lot because of it. But this review is because I should have won a prize, but it got stuck and I couldn’t do anything and when I reported it, they said “oh well…sorry for your loss”. Go get Clawtopia instead. They actually help you and don’t try to take your money.

The prizes are always updating and the games are neither too easy or too difficult. The assists kick in at 20 consecutive plays, which feels fair. The prize selection is great, I often receive plushies and figures that are difficult to buy online before my friend’s can get ahold of them. They always arrive in good condition in a timely fashion as well. (This means a lot to me, as other apps can take months to a year to arrive.) The staff are friendly and helpful every time I have had an issue with the app. I suggest recording your plays to help them when an error occurs!
