Wrong Address on Tolls

My ez pass notices are going to the wrong address even though my license address is correct with dmv ny. I have repeatedly contacted tolls by mail, but the EZPassNY notices still go to the wrong address.

Scam

Looks like scam. I added money but doesn’t do anything. Paid but keep sending bill by mail for more money.

Not happy

App is difficult to navigate and the refill amounts get set automatically to absurdly high amounts which don’t even come close to what i actually use . No one likes paying tolls and this system makes it difficult and inconvenient to pay . Customer service by phone takes at least 20 minutes of my valuable time . Get it fixed sorted it guys !!
