I cannot place a order at all . I’m getting error message I called customer service and they said I could have a bad connection which is false and then another rep said my credit card is not good . Both of these are false . I don’t recommend this app.

Making the app less user friendly is not a good goal. Prior online-only time waster gimmick already left a bad taste. Can previously organize by clipped versus clipped coupons. Tap to clip a coupon and it moves to the bottom replaced with the next unclipped coupon. Now you clip and it just stays and you have to scroll down to next set of coupons. Waste of time. If the goal is to make people shop less at Tom Thumb, it’s working.

Can’t use the app when in the stores!

I updated the iPhone app and after logging in it instantly goes to the location page, asking to enter a zip code. I then get an error message stating “did not observe terminal signal…”. I try using my location and that doesn’t work either. I can’t bypass this page.

My app reset and it will not accept my zipcode. Deleted it and download again and ran into same problem again.

The latest app update has rendered it completely useless because every time I try to open it, it immediately asks for my Zip Code/Location with absolutely no way to close this prompt window. I tried to enter my zip code AND allowed the app to access my location BUT all it did was send an error message each time. Please fix this issue ASAP because it’s super frustrating when I never had an issue with the Tom Thumb app ever until now. 😥

When the app is working it is good. Not the best but useable. When the app isn’t working there is no way to get support, not online and no way to contact support. This happens to both the Tom Thumb and the Albertsons apps. You are forcing my to shop at Kroger which I normally drive past to go to Tom Thumb. I can’t load coupons or order from the click list. Looks like you are trying to lose customers.

This app stinks. I can't open it without allowing them to track which stores I'm going to.
