App is frustrating
I find this app so frustrating to use especially with more than one child. Nothing against the shop they are great.

I find this app so frustrating to use especially with more than one child. Nothing against the shop they are great.
Considering that the app is core to their business model, it is not very good. Wait times are rarely accurate when booking. Ability to book multiple people in with one account is not functional.
It would be nice to be able to see the wait time or actually get an sms on the wait time. So often I book then wait in my car for ever after showing up and looking at the board.
Trying to check in multiple people for a haircut is very confusing. I only got to check one person in I think because I was only offered one haircut type and my three year-old doesn’t need a traditional cut, but I do.
Definitely a useful app. Makes the whole process that much easier when trying to schedule an appointment. Also shows other services I wasn’t aware of before. Recommend this to any chap who wants to utilize Tommy Guns Services.
I find the app very confusing to use. Selecting people to check in does not work properly. Multiple menu switches and things always get lost along the way it seems. Trying to check in multiple kids is very hard and confusing. While I can recommend the service, the app needs some GUI updates.
Every time I log in to book it won’t show me who is available. Only way to book is through this app. Whatever happened to just going to the shop?
The app has one task to schedule an appointment for me to get my haircut. One task and it can’t complete it. Their system has been broken for years. They know it’s broken. People told him it’s broken. It never gets fixed. It never gets better. The app was supposed to fix this yet here I am at Tommy guns after having a reservation according to the app and being on the list according to the app only to get to the location to have it disappear from the app and them to tell me that I no longer have a reservation and then I would have to waituntil someone was available even though according to the app, I was supposed to get my haircut at that time. Unacceptable. People have lives people literally just for scheduling. How hard can it be?
Something needs to be done when you are trying to book additional appointments for other users i.e. your kids. I have my main profile, but when I tried to book a cut for child A yesterday and checked out/confirmed, I went back to book a cut for child B. However, all it did was select the profile for child B and enlarge the + - part on the bottom right hand side of the screen. I was unable to move forward to check child B in for the cut, and my only option was to cancel child As service. I ended up having to call the store to add on child B. The store ended up telling me that somehow, my adult profile had also booked a service as well. As I said glitches!!! Make it more user friendly for parents with kids, and kids who happen to be twins! (Same age, date of birth, same sex, requiring same service)
Half the time the book in times aren’t the same as the stylists.
