Once Apple Pay was available, now it’s removed. The app just wants to collect as much information from consumers as possible. I have to use bank app to confirm the payment every time.

So far I have not had any problems with this app. However, I do think there are improvements that can be made. Firstly, an option in the app to have the drink be poured into my own bottle would be more convenient for those who are environmentally conscious, instead of having to order at the counter to be able to have this option. Another improvement could be to allow vouchers redeemed through points to be used when ordering at the counter as I am not able to use my vouchers when i want to have my drink be made in my own bottle (as mentioned above).
