The app is favourite of mine, the search function does not include my list of favourites. In addition does my premium cover updates to speed cameras and average speed routes. Mine is not currently updating.

Wonderful App. I don’t use anything else
Not usable offline for more than a day
Although the app allows you to download offline maps it checks for your subscription status even if you're offline and therfore it's not usable for overland trips where you are offline for multiple days.
Tom Tom Go and Carplay
Cannot search while driving, not even via voice prompts. Totally useless while driving.
Toll gate notifications
Please provide the option to deactivate the "pass through the toll gate" notification in South Africa. The Gauteng "toll gates" are no operational and hence the notification is very irritating.
Subscription
I have a GO5100 installed in my car. I purchased this device which included worldwide lifetime maps updates. Now looking at having the iOS app installed on my phone only to find out that I would be expected to have to pay a subscription fee to use the maps that I have already paid for when purchasing the GO5100. This is a rip off approach. TT needs to reconsider this policy or loose potential users.
Scam artests
You guys at tom Tom are scam artists when this Tom Tom go first released years ago I paid in full then you introduced subscriptions and my purchase of unlimited maps is now invalid when I download your app again it’s telling me I must subscribe what a lode of nonsense do you expect people who buy dedicated Tom Tom navigation devices for cars to have to loose everything and subscribe? You guys are sharks.

I Purchased the App now they want me to subscribe to the App. This is SICK! The following is facts: 1. They offered the App; 2. I duly paid for the App; 3. They want now - That I must pay a monthly subscription!
Love TomTom
Have been using TomTom app since I sold my TomTom GPS 9 years ago I think. Cant use anything else! The IQ routes is the best thing on the market and works great! The traffic updates every minute or so and I use it every single day!
Good referral for Garmin
We were looking for a workable solution for our destination marketing company. I installed the app but it immediately warned that there’s an error with my subscription. Then it battled for hours to install a map. Finally I deleted it. There is no way I am putting this app out to our clients. It will damage our reputation.
