I have been try to swap my usdt to ton coin but it does work. I also tried sending out the usdt it doesn’t appear. The support takes hours to reply. How can I send my usdt out of the wallet or convert it to ton?

I used the app to claim a coin which reflected on the app but by the time I wanted to send to exchange, the coin was nowhere to be found.

Do not use this wallet! I got all my tokens transferred out to an unknown address. I am 100% certain it's a function in the wallet app that executed that transfer. I tracked that wallet to see similar transfers to that wallet. Don't believe me? Go on download and import your wallet, experience is the best teacher. Goodluck

The app is a terrible space ,unable to view my balance,my transaction history …sent Ton from my exchange but still not reflecting 💔😪

My advice to anybody that wants to download this app run for your life I have been patient enough for weeks now my ton hub can’t do any transactions I can’t send my ton to another wallet infact it’s says 0 ton when I have 1 and half ton I have write to there email no show am really disappointed with Ton hub

Why can’t my balance refresh for couple of days now and new transactions is not showing in my wallet

The refresh rate is terrible and it keeps going offline
