I've been looking for an app like this, without knowing exactly what I was looking for until I found it! It showcases a new way of telling stories, consisting of (mostly short) novels and then paintings and music and videos that you have to dig down to unlock, and that change from chapter to chapter. The novels themselves are pretty edgy and otherworldly and lyrically written. Some of the artwork is incredibly beautiful and like nothing I've ever seen. Some of the paintings are actually animated, which is especially cool. And the music takes the stories to even deeper dimensions with original songs and fantastic vocals. I feel like I stumbled on a digital treasure and keep on going back to read and watch and listen to yet another immersive story. -- SGates23, 2023-12-15 ### ***** "Fantastic!" A passionate and thought-provoking world of fiction, music, and art, in a truly immersive app! -- Mangled Mannequin, 2023-11-06 ### ***** "Wonderful App w/Lots of Engaging and Wild Stories & Art" Just finished my fourth title in this app and just love how the novels have music and art animations underneath the book for you to discover. These elements really enhance the storytelling. Can’t recommend this app highly enough! -- InterplanetJ, 2023-07-14 ### ***-- "Couldn’t hear any music." I found this idea very interesting and wanted to experience it. After downloading and opening it I kept waiting for music which never happened. It appeared that something was playing but there wasn’t any sound. Tried to find settings where I might turn on/off or adjust sound. Nothing. Tried several of the book entires and there still wasn’t any sound. I removed the app. -- EMBurke, 2021-12-07 ### *---- "No sound and also I update my phone so no it’s not that" No mater how hard I tried, turned my phone all the way up, uninstall/ reinstall tried multiple books none of them worked so I just gave up I didn’t even read any of it is the main reason I wanted it was to try something new. Update then the developer says to update my phone from 9 lol who is still running 9 we are in the last part of the 14 updates. So no it’s not because I don’t update my phone that it doesn’t work. And if you are still running 9 on iOS you might want to up date when you don’t need to use your phone for awhile because updating from 9 to14 is going to take along time -- fbsjndhs, 2021-08-24 ### ****- "Review: TooFar Media" TooFar Media is a platform that brings together Rich Shapero’s entire canon, combines it with a spectacular multimedia experience of art, music, video, and animation, and puts it all in the palm of your hand. It can truly be called a movable feast. The download from the app store was smooth, the navigation was intuitive, the animation and video engaging, and the artwork and music selections extraordinary. This app is packed with features any fan of Rich Shapero, or new reader for that matter, would appreciate: Q & A’s with Rich Shapero about each of the eight novels in the app, information about the animation, music, and its creators, bonus tracks, and videos; literally hours of entertainment at your fingertips. I hope to one day find the time to discover it all! You can access all eight Shapero novels on the go, escape into Rich’s intricate worlds, characters, and plots, immerse yourself in outstanding artwork from a variety of talented artists, well-executed animations/videos, and great music. After downloading and opening the application, Rich’s novel Dissolve is the first to choose. An animation of floating orbs, animated from original photography by Cameron Nelson of a rare, beautiful rock leads us to the beginning of the novel. Clicking the three horizontal line icon on the top right of the screen brings down a menu that contains a navigation screen unlocking a panoply of material: chapter navigation, a Q & A with the author about the book, the artwork and animation, and the music of Lhasa de Sela. Click Home and enter Rich’s next novel and accompanying insights, music and art. When you step into Rich Shapero’s world, you step into a world of more than words and into a realm of thoughts and ideas; multifaceted universes where Rich weaves substantive tales steeped in philosophical insights. TooFar Media is a great app, countless hours of entertainment, easy to use, and immensely enjoyable. Check it out. -- Petecorp57, 2021-06-08 ### ***** "Discovered a great new Library of Fiction Writing" I downloaded this app because it sounded intriguing to have an author’s library of fiction in one place. I was interested enough by the first few paragraphs of Dissolve, and now I can’t put it down. I love how there’s other media to discover too, adding visual and audio to the written word of the story. Very cool! -- Caroeland, 2021-06-02 ### ***** "Thank you" I only download this so I could get among us mod so good great job 5stars -- AllknowingWeeb, 2020-12-07 ### ***-- "More content needed" Title explains it all -- Hockey guy 101, 2020-11-16 [View all TooFar Media reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TooFar Media In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Too Far | $0.99 | | Dissolve | $0.99 | | Wild Animus | $0.99 | | Balcony of Fog | $0.99 | | The Hope We Seek | $0.99 | | Arms from the Sea | $0.99 | | Dreams of Delphine | $0.99 | | Island Fruit Remedy | $0.99 | | Rin, Tongue and Dorner | $0.99 | | The Slide That Buried Rightful | $0.99 | ## TooFar Media Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/india) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/new-zealand) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/russia) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/philippines) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/france) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/netherlands) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/denmark) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/hungary) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/saudi-arabia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/ireland) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/croatia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/israel) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/japan) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/sri-lanka) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/luxembourg) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/latvia) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/madagascar) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/norway) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/portugal) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/thailand) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/taiwan) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/south-africa) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/armenia) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/austria) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/belgium) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/brazil) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/germany) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/toofar-media-cQgd/ecuador) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
