## Tookan Agent Description
Tookan is the easiest solution to manage on-demand deliveries, at-home services, and on-field business development.

The solution includes a powerful web dashboard for business owners/managers, intuitive app for the field workforce, and seamless communications and real-time tracking for customers.

For You (Agents)
You will receive the credentials to login, once the manager adds you to the Tookan dashboard.

What's the benefit?
Using the Tookan App, you will never have to call the manager again to get the task information or to provide the status. The App does it all, automatically. It's simple, efficient, and friendly.
• Bird's eye view of all the assigned tasks (List view & map view)
• View customer details and call/ message them with just one tap
• Step by step direction to your destination
• Get customer signature, add notes and add images as a proof of delivery
• Automatically updates the customer when you start or finish a task.

Disclaimer: This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.

-- I needmymoney, 2023-07-07

### ****- "Works good but wish the GPS worked within the app"
It has every feature I need I just hate the fact that it can’t navigate from within the app you have to get redirected out of the app to use google. I wish the app would work seemingly with the navigation in the agent app itself
-- Carlson Carriers, 2023-06-03

### *---- "Don’t signup for Yelo or Tookan"
These guys are scam artists. They write fake reviews. They took over a hundred bucks from me and then gave me a “demo” login because they “couldn’t create an account”. What on earth am I paying for, a demo??? They give you the run around when you demand a refund
-- pollisack, 2023-03-17

### *---- "Considering changing to Onfleet"
I started by loving Tookan but there is a small UX problem in this agent app that us causing so much headache for my agents. The tasks are viewed in a calendar view which is an incredibly horrible way for viewing a queue of tasks. When a task comes at 12:00 am, then agent needs to change the date to view the task. Otherwise, they will not see it and ignore it. Therefore, you and the customers that are expecting the delivery will suffer. I am starting to look into OnFleet because of this issue. Seems like and easy thing to address but I doubt the developers will.
-- Alraddadi, 2020-12-30

### ***** "Great application"
Truly like the UI design and how easy it is to use it!!!
-- eronmix, 2020-10-08

### **--- "Issue viewing completed tasks"
When selecting a past date, it shows the number of completed tasks but when I click ‘view tasks’ it shows “nothing for today..”
-- Yidddi, 2018-12-30

### ***-- "Worldwide"
Is this app available to use worldwide ??
-- Autodidacts, 2018-11-18

### **--- "Not optimized for iPhone X"
ugly black bar on top. This app needs to be updated ASAP
-- CalCaKnow, 2018-11-05

### *---- "Bugs"
*bugs or fixes*
1. No option to delete old messages
2. App freezes even on high end phones
3. GPS is off by A 0.5 of a mile sometimes
4. Chat names change to the name of last person you chat with
5. No option to undo if you mark task successfully by accident.
6. Top of screen cuts off a few centimeters when using the app
7. Support Email should go to app developer and not the company you work for.
8. Fix these small issues and I would rate this app 5 stars
