One of the most frustrating aspects of Top Eleven has been their marketing strategy. While they have successfully propelled their marketing efforts to attract a large user base, this has unfortunately come at the expense of the players' experience. The game frequently pushes in-app purchases and promotions, creating a pay-to-win environment. As someone who has invested real money into the game, this aggressive marketing is not just intrusive but also detracts from the enjoyment of playing. The real issues begin when problems arise within the game. Unlike many other platforms that offer responsive and helpful customer support, Top Eleven's support system is severely lacking. Worst “game” ever, all you do is maybe watch a game for 3 minutes a day, and that is if its not set up to be at 5 am, the rest is watching ads for 15 minutes, nothing else to do besides spending money to watch more ads!
