To myself, 3 years experienced player, With hopes that never came. I still played and paid because of fear to missing out.

Just money making without any game progress towards player.
Spaming events which you just can do when you pay for it. Mostly everything at end lvl is useless.
The few "Resources" you get for free are highly expensive and if you don't buy them, you need either 10 years to collect them or they are outdated. The system itself is nice but they made trash out of it.
No matchmaking exists.
They are 2 types of battle talents, one is fighting (just for people with a lot of money) and the other one is support (for those who don't have it). With those buffs you get as support role, you could annoy those fighting roles, but they nerfed it, so you basically back to complete useless.
It is pay to win, which is not a bad thing, but it's just made to milk those who have money.
They big events are useless, because you can have hundreds of people but you will lose against 1 big guy because the "strategy" in this game doesn't exist. Which means those are object fights and as soon as the big guy is in it, you can't get him out. And as I said, there is no matchmaking system, so you are always doomed or you have no fun because the big guy is on your team.
I for myself will stop now. I hope you think twice befor starting playing this game.
