They tell you it will take a few months. It’s a big scam just to use their site. -- lorikora, 2025-09-17 ### *---- "Read the terms!" I had spent $1,000s of dollars on hotels through hotels.com. But when I tried to collect my money, they closed my account because of some ‘policy violation’. I did nothing wrong. Just used the site each time I booked. I emailed them about it and they didn’t even reply. Per the terms they can do this and not pay. This company is so shady! -- steveunltd, 2025-09-15 ### *---- "Wastes your purchase!" TopCashback doesn’t always accept the company’s it allows you to enter! I had a legitimate purchase with Life Extension Vitamins and it rejected it! That’s pretty much all Life Extension sells so if they have it, then why would they reject it? I could had used Rakuten and that would not had happened! -- MissHotboots, 2025-08-17 ### *---- "Can’t get this app to open" I have used this app for a long time with no problems but the last 2 days I cannot get it to open at all. I have deleted and reloaded and the same thing happens. -- Lake Shopper, 2025-08-13 ### ***** "Good customer representative Erica" TopCashback customer representative was courteous and helpful to help resolve the issue with the missing cashback. -- Engineer at work, 2025-07-29 ### *---- "Can’t login" There’s no option to sign in with a current account only an option to join. When I enter my current email and password, it gives me an error message that I already have a But does not take me to a page to sign in. -- Mtsheridan, 2025-07-26 ### *---- "Bad" You do get any money. It bull a waste of date -- Magnificentla, 2025-07-14 ### *---- "Reimbursement takes for EVER" Filing a claim for lost money is ridiculously hard. Some claims, although legit, NEVER post to my account. When ever my money is able to be all transferred to my PayPal account, I will be closing my TopCash account. -- cchjfrfh, 2025-07-06 ### *---- "Impossible to sign in to app - & guaranteed highest cash back is a scam and lie." Joined on the webpage and trying to sign in on app. Not possible , only lets you join but then says you already have an account. Also try and submit a claim for seeing a better offer from a competitor. The claim link constantly gives you a time out error message making it impossible to submit a claim. I’ll stick with Honey and Capital One Shopping. -- h0o1w2, 2025-06-23 ### *---- "Crashed and can't get my money" It's been three months today since I bought something and still can’t my money. Of course the fact that the app has completely crashed doesn't help either! Can't get into anything just getting an error message with blank screen. I've cashed out with other apps is MUCH shorter time than this one. I once waited a year to get something "payable". They also don't vet their shops. I discovered a few retailers that looked interesting and when I looked them up to see what they were, the complaints about them were crazy. So be sure to look up a place before shopping or better yet, go to another app so you can actually get your money. -- Farley213, 2025-05-13 [View all TopCashback reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TopCashback Discovered Keywords - deals - top deal app - cashback - cash back - cashback monitor - coupons vouchers - top cash - mr rebates - voucher - coupon promo codes deals ## Apps Similar to TopCashback - [CouponCabin: Coupon App](https://apptail.io/app/couponcabin-coupon-app-wnc/united-states) - [Checkout 51: Cash Back Savings](https://apptail.io/app/checkout-51-cash-back-savings-HTc/united-states) - [BeFrugal Cash Back & Coupons](https://apptail.io/app/befrugal-cash-back-coupons-Gmd/united-states) - [Receipt Pal: Earn Gift Cards](https://apptail.io/app/receipt-pal-earn-gift-cards-rge/united-states) - [KCL: Coupons, Deals, Discounts](https://apptail.io/app/kcl-coupons-deals-discounts-Dog/united-states) - [Drop: Shop Cash Back & Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/drop-shop-cash-back-rewards-KNi/united-states) - [Tada: Shop & Get Cash Back](https://apptail.io/app/tada-shop-get-cash-back-dtl/united-states) - [Fluz Cashback](https://apptail.io/app/fluz-cashback-ywp/united-states) - [GCX - Discounted Gift Cards](https://apptail.io/app/gcx-discounted-gift-cards-CTJ/united-states) - [Pepper Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/pepper-rewards-ewte/united-states) ## TopCashback Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/china) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/taiwan) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/hong-kong) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/canada) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/japan) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/thailand) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/singapore) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/germany) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
