Right after I log in it goes to a white page and does not load the app. Its not my phone—its on their end. So I deleted the app. I will give it one more try and load the app again.

### **--- "Branch locator is aweful"
Attempted to get Topline specific branch information (lobby hours for a branch) - input city and state, got green dots for ATMs and other banks east of the branch I was looking for, but the no green dot where I expected the branch to be. If I zoomed into the block where the branch is I got the google maps business information bubble, but I wanted the information to come from topline. 

Branch locator could definitely use some attention.  I’d almost prefer a list over this wedged in google map. At least give branches a different dot color than ATMs.

I’ve been using the mobile app for a long time and I love it. I never have to go to the bank again for a check deposit or a cash transfer. There were some issues at times, but things got solved very quickly. I can view my accounts at anytime and anywhere at my fingertips.

### ****- "Mobile deposit needs improvement"
This is a cool concept. I’m not sure how other bank app do it either. But with this app it’s probably less time consuming and convenient to head to a physical location to deposit any all checks. I literally have spent an hour trying to deposit an unfolded crisp and clearly legible check that’s sitting on a completely black background just to be told time and again that it’s unable to be read. What a real waste of time considering that this is supposed to be something that saves you time. Everything else about the app is sufficient enough and I couldn’t be happier. But if someone would please address the ungodly cumbersome and painful experience of trying to use the mobile deposit function that would be fantastic. It’s seriously awful as it is, and time spent trying to get it to actually work would be better spent standing in line at a one their locations. At least you know then you’d eventually get your deposit made.
