Besides wasting 8 minutes of my time trying to get the bike to start and another 15 talking to you to determine the problem. Your colleague thinks that I should be looking for you afterwards to inform me what technical team decided what happened in order to refund the amount. I was not angry about the technical failure, but because I wasted my time and you did not even refund the amount you charged for the non-working bike. And I spent 15 minutes afterwards trying to find out what happened with you on the phone I still expect a refund, and of course, customers shouldn’t be looking for you when you have someone checking the issues hours later it should be the other way around, It is such a shame! This was my first time using the service, but unfortunately also the last. It's not about the lost half an hour and it's not about the 3 lv. It's about the attitude and poor service. 2025-03-15 ### ***** "Charging money" Dear Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed with my first experience when driving one of your bikes. You commercialize 5 min free ride per day but in reality you charged me 1.75 leva for less than 3 min!? How this is possible? Can you explain this to me? Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Dimitar -- Dimi7647, 2024-10-13 ### ***** "Велосипед" Много удобно,браво -- ❤️Душа❤️, 2024-10-03 ### ***** "Easy and quick!" I totally love them. I don’t remember the last time I drove to work with my car, since this service is available. 💚💚💚 -- KateIdzhylova, 2024-08-12 ### ***** "Incredible service" Very nice and easy to use! -- bozhidarkn, 2024-07-12 ### *---- "This app is a scam" This app is a scam it says 5 min free but it wants you to give a pay method. It doesn’t give the 5min free -- Fifo0405, 2024-07-08 [View all TopMobility reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to TopMobility - [TaxiMe Client](https://apptail.io/app/taxime-client-pke/bulgaria) - [SPARK car sharing](https://apptail.io/app/spark-car-sharing-hTi/bulgaria) - [Fines Charging](https://apptail.io/app/fines-charging-tQH/bulgaria) - [MPass - smart ticketing](https://apptail.io/app/mpass-smart-ticketing-GRH/bulgaria) - [URBO City](https://apptail.io/app/urbo-city-JRH/bulgaria) - [Eldrive](https://apptail.io/app/eldrive-MRH/bulgaria) - [Yellow Taxi 91119](https://apptail.io/app/yellow-taxi-91119-KcIb/bulgaria) - [TUDA — заказ такси](https://apptail.io/app/tuda-zakaz-taksi-RKdd/bulgaria) - [Sofia Plus](https://apptail.io/app/sofia-plus-FdAe/bulgaria) - [MPark](https://apptail.io/app/mpark-Dkbq/bulgaria) ## TopMobility Available In - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/bulgaria) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/ukraine) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/germany) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/united-kingdom) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/romania) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/united-states) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/france) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/poland) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/slovakia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/turkey) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/canada) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/norway) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/italy) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/spain) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/netherlands) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/belgium) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/czechia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/israel) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/cyprus) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/sweden) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/switzerland) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/denmark) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/latvia) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/greece) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/australia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/hungary) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/iceland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/portugal) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/nigeria) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/south-africa) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/paraguay) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/south-korea) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/japan) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/finland) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/ecuador) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/dominican-republic) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/brazil) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/topmobility-qfup/new-zealand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
