Makes from your iPhone, iPad, Macbook and/or Apple Watch a complete GPS device with detailed topographic maps. Viewed maps will be stored on your device so that Topo GPS can also be used offline.

Very good but
Incredibly useful in the outdoors. Grid lines would really improve it as a navigational aid.
Great little app
Great little app that records where you have gone so you can trace your way back. Works off line and while your screen is off and you are out of cellular range. Well done to the person who made it. My husband carries it in case he needs to travel his rout back. I downloaded it after getting lost and having to rely on cell reception at the top of a hill to figure out where I was using google maps and a compass app. I could barely get reception. If I had had this it would have been so much better!
Works but NOT intuitive
Many times this app picks the wrong walkway. Adding a marker you have to hold and move it down as it’s always off. I kept having to go between google maps and this doing the coastal walk. Google maps had the council cliff walkway but this did not.— 4.99 hiking add on is only for Dutch … red marker worked 80% time accurately when I was on banks peninsula, NZ. Failed twice and totally misread the route
Map requires Updating
The recently opened Transmission Gully, the new part of State Highway One, SH1, has been installed by other map suppliers, even before it was opened. The old part of SH1 is renamed SH59. I have emailed you several times but no response. Is you company still operating?
Best Topo map app on the market
Great easy to use and can do complex route tracking. Only wish is for CarPlay support!

Really useful app. I use this app almost daily
Meets my needs!
It’s my go-to app for planning routes then tracking my actual footfall and later analysing the data for distance, speed, duration and timing. Highly recommend.
Don’t waste money on layers
$5 for a mtb trail layer with about 10 tracks over the whole of NZ. RIP off! All they have done is steal peoples routes and then sell them on… I used to like the App in general but now I think I’ll delete it and just buy a map… at least that won’t rip me off!
Baffled
Too hard to use; too little control over zoom. To judge from the instructions this app seems to be trying to do more than is compatible with a phone screen.
