## Toppers Pizza Reviews in United States

### ***-- "App feedback"
You used to be able to refresh your order so it would update and you’d know when it’s ready but now it’s not even an option or I’d give it 5 stars
-- Genarokilla, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Tracking"
I placed order through my account . Not sure why I need to enter phone number each time to track it . Why can’t you tie order with the account ? Even there is no re load option for the tracking so in order to get fresh update I need to re track it by entering phone number again .
-- Munsre, 2024-10-25

### *---- "Why so difficult?"
Inexplicably difficult to change order from delivery to pickup… or from pickup to delivery. If you find out how to do it let me know
-- Justwanttopickupapizza, 2024-10-20

### *---- "Don't use app to order"
Call them. The tracker doesn't work and store employees don't use app.
-- Todd Clouser, 2024-10-13

### ***-- "Solid pizza chain, so-so app UI"
Essentially the same as ordering on a browser. Glad to have direct ordering without middleman. The tracker must be manually refreshed. But my biggest pet peeve is that the cart disappears when you minimize the app. Meaning: if you don’t choose from the menu and checkout in the same session you must start over. Please fix that guys. I can’t think of any good business model that dumps the cart the second you look away.
-- bluemeanieface, 2024-09-28

### ***-- "Confusing"
I would give it a solid 3 stars it won’t let me deliver. I’m really sad because I was really hoping they would let me deliver on the app.
-- Nicknames0888, 2024-08-31

### *---- "This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen"
Impossible to switch between carry out and delivery. Make it the first thing the user sees when they begin an order.

Unable to deliver to an alternate address. What if I am ordering for delivery to a friend’s house?

Delivery and carry out deals are listed in the same place. Separate them out if they aren’t available for the order type I want to place.

I literally cannot order what I want from the app. Do you not test the app before you push it to the public?
-- LordCommanderVorroth, 2024-08-16

### *---- "It’s literally a web browser"
The structure and formatting is exactly like if you were to order on your favorite web browser, except worse. Just go to their website and ignore this bloatware.
-- use giphy, 2024-07-31

### *---- "Poor excuse for an app"
I’ve given up trying to order pizza n the app. It never works. All I ever get is a spinning wheel and ‘please wait’. I am half tempted to just order from Dominoes. At least that app works. Maybe the developers of the Toppers app can learn something from Dominoes on how to make an order-app that actually works. Until then, I guess it’s Dominoes Pizza 🤷‍♂️.
-- Vhranch, 2024-07-19

### *---- "Stuck in endless loop"
I tried to log in to rewards but used the wrong email. Now every time I open the app it prompts me for my phone number then says “number already taken” and there is no back button.
