Abokündigung nicht vollzogen
Ich habe das Abo gekündigt, von der Rückmeldung Kündigung endet zum 03.1.25 screenshot gemacht, account gelöscht, trotzdem wird wieder der Beitrag von 15,24€ abgebucht. Ich leite jetzt ein charge back Verfahren ein, sehr ärgerlich!
Abofalle, Abzocke, Falsche Werbeversprechen
geworben wird mit 1,99, ohne Angabe des Zeitraums oder Hinweis auf Abomodell. Kostet dann tatsächlich 9,99/Monat, und der beworbene Youtube Werbeblocker funktioniert wohl nicht mal. Es gibt genug kostenlose Adblocker, die besser funktionieren. Impressum ist auf der Website auch fast nicht zu finden - insgesamt ist das mE ein Fall für den Verbraucherschutz. Firma ist eine britische ltd, support Antwortet auf spanisch, Name des Inhabers klingt deutsch - sieht sehr nach verschleierung aus
Schwere kündigung
Trotzt abgeschlossenes Abo habe ich Werbung bekommen. Und es lohnt sich absolut nicht 10 euro im Monat dafür zu zahlen. Ich saß wahrscheinlich 20 Minuten dran das Abo zu kündigen.Nicht empfehlenswert

Für 1.99€ gekauft bei YouTube immer noch Werbung, Qualität sehr schlecht unter 720 Auflösung, also Schrott, nach ein Monat noch 9.95€ abgezogen für angebliche vollversion, das ist für mich Betrug. Verkäufer antwortet nicht auf mein E-Mail, Apple muss das auch wissen .
Schlechte Werbung
Zum Black Friday soll Total Adblocker nur 1.99€ dauerhaft kosten, aber diese Werbung ist nicht wahr die von Total Adblocker überall verbreitet wird. Man soll nur gelockt werden diese App herunterzuladen und dann alle Berechtigungen zu erlauben (da fließen wohl schon einige Daten) und dann kommt die Überraschung! Das Abo kostet nur 8,99€ im Monat und kannst mit dem 7Tage Gratis Test schnell in die Abofalle rutschen. Von wegen 1,99€ einmalig zum Black Friday! Die App auf keinen Fall installieren!!!
Achtung einmal abonniert, kommt man nicht mehr raus
Abo kann nicht gekündigt werden. Oder die Kündigung ist sehr gut verborgen und nicht nachvollziehbar beschrieben. Taucht in den iCloud Abos gar nicht auf wie in der appeigenen Hilfe beschrieben. Abbuchung geht munter weiter, auch nach der Abmeldung und den Löschen der App vom Gerät. Der Nutzen z.B. bei youtube ist sehr beschränkt, da die Werbung für jedes Video einzeln abgeschaltet werden muss.
1 stern noch zu viel
Ich habs mal bei meinem tel getestet was gar nicht ging darauf noch in der abo probezeit gekündigt Es wird jedoch immer wieder versucht den monatsbetrag abzubuchen auf die emails die man bekommt ist keine antwort möglich sollte das abbuchen nicht enden werde ich anzeige wegen betrug stellen!!
Blockiert nicht nur Werbung
Der ist so gut, das er sogar in App-Käufe sich selbst blockt. Fazit ich wollte ihn Kündigen, doch er taucht in App - Käufe nicht auf. Keine Ahnung wo man ihn dann kündigen kann.
Vorsicht Betrug !!!!!!!!!
Abzocke !!! Ich hab es mir für 2,99€ runtergeladen. Nach einem Monat haben die mir 9,95€ abgebucht. War ja angeblich für 2.99€ zu kaufen. Die haben weder Hotline noch kann man das Abo kündigen weder in der App noch auf der Website !!!! Bis ich es kündigen konnte habe ich eine Stunde recherchiert und dann bin ich in einen Chat reingekommen und habe es endlich geschafft. Mir wurde nach langem hin und her schreiben 7,95€ rückerstattet anstatt den vollen Betrag von 9,95€. Überlegt mal wenn die das bei allen die sich die App runterladen für 2.99€ machen was die an Betrug verdienen mit der Differenz von 2€. Finger weg ist Betrug !!!!!!!
