Requires referral
Inaccurate Description. Doesn’t Work.
Can’t login without a ‘company referral’. This app should not be displayed as a public app of public can’t use it. If a user can only login with a company referral than it should probably be released as an enterprise app. Maybe TotalBrain is trying to get revenue outside of the AppStore? Hopefully Apple addresses this: removes the app or allows sign up within the app (preferably with Sign In with Apple).

It was a good app to relax on
Not correct for me
I have cognitive issues after covid. After taking the test, it said i cant recognize facial expressions. I couldn’t recognize them because i have 1 eye that drifts slowly. So as the faces were spinning around I almost threw up on my phone. Im tired of being gas lit by doctors, now they have an app to misdiagnosis and gas light for them.

Along with abysmal technical support, it's impossible to log into this app.

Can’t use app unless referred?
From the FAQ section of the website, it says that the app is available for “personal use”. As mine was just deactivated after 7 days, and Support says it’s only for referred patients or through an organization, it seems that is not the case. Misleading. “ How much does it cost? How do I pay? Whether you register as a personal user , patient, or sign up for an account through your organization, Total Brain comes at no cost to you. Organizations receive aggregate and anonymized brain performance and condition prevalence tracking by department, business unit, function, geography, service provider, etc. For more information about using Total Brain to support your employees or clinic patients, contact us. “
Great wellness program
I liked the structure and many options I can choose from. The meditations and the ‘games’ are very helpful.
Almost perfect, but…
The google play/samsung version of the app doesn’t play audible beats at all at varying frequencies when I’m listening to relaxing music/sounds on the app. It only works on the iPhone. When I move the beat slider from none to default to max, I can definitely hear a very brain massaging beat/tone/frequency on the iphone app, but not on my samsung version of the app. I have the galaxy z fold. Please fix/update and it will def be 5 stars! Ty!
