## Total Brain Description
Total Brain helps you understand and train all your brain capacities to improve your mental health and wellness.

Founded on the principle that our mental health can be measured, improved and managed like our physical health, Total Brain measures the 12 brain capacities that define your mental health and screens for the risk of common mental conditions. Then, based on that assessment, Total Brain provides you with specific mental fitness programs designed to strengthen your brain capacities and improve your mental health.

Scientific, Simple and Convenient to Use:

Measure Monthly - Take our easy to use, 20 minute, confidential, clinically validated assessment.
Understand Totally - Get results showing 12 brain capacities that identify strengths/weaknesses and potential health risks.
Train Specifically – Start a custom mental fitness program with digital brain exercises, breathing and meditation for just 15 minutes a day, then reassess and track progress.

Benefits:

Self-Awareness – Learn about your strengths, weaknesses and risk of mental conditions
Effectiveness Monitoring – Monitor the impact of mental fitness programs and treatment
Confidentially Screen – Screen for risk of common mental conditions and receive immediate, in-app referrals to third party health services
Improved Performance [1] – Measurable improvement across each of the 12 brain capacities, yielding an improvement in overall mental health

## Total Brain Reviews in United States

### *---- "Total brain totally drains your battery"
Especially when using the meditation or ambient music or nature sounds portions of the app. If you leave the phone with the app on, it severely degraded my iPhone battery from 98% to 86%
-- Gnhan, 2026-05-13

### ***** "Tara"
Love it
-- Babegrl79, 2025-09-17

### ***** "Relaxation"
It was a good app to relax on
-- Dina/50, 2024-10-01

### *---- "Not correct for me"
I have cognitive issues after covid. After taking the test, it said i cant recognize facial expressions. I couldn’t recognize them because i have 1 eye that drifts slowly. So as the faces were spinning around I almost threw up on my phone.
Im tired of being gas lit by doctors, now they have an app to misdiagnosis and gas light for them.
-- Enough ad tracking already, 2024-07-13

### *---- "App and Website Broken"
Along with abysmal technical support, it's impossible to log into this app.
-- KapnKrunch, 2024-06-10

### ***** "Bendiciones"
Lo máximo
-- David 2331, 2024-01-10

### *---- "Can’t use app unless referred?"
From the FAQ section of the website, it says that the app is available for “personal use”. As mine was just deactivated after 7 days, and Support says it’s only for referred patients or through an organization, it seems that is not the case. Misleading.

“
How much does it cost? How do I pay?
Whether you register as a personal user , patient, or sign up for an account through your organization, Total Brain comes at no cost to you.

Organizations receive aggregate and anonymized brain performance and condition prevalence tracking by department, business unit, function, geography, service provider, etc. For more information about using Total Brain to support your employees or clinic patients, contact us.

“

### ***** "Great wellness program"
I liked the structure and many options I can choose from. The meditations and the ‘games’ are very helpful.
-- MihaStefa1357, 2023-08-15

### ****- "Almost perfect, but…"
The google play/samsung version of the app doesn’t play audible beats at all at varying frequencies when I’m listening to relaxing music/sounds on the app. It only works on the iPhone. When I move the beat slider from none to default to max, I can definitely hear a very brain massaging beat/tone/frequency on the iphone app, but not on my samsung version of the app. I have the galaxy z fold. Please fix/update and it will def be 5 stars! Ty!
-- Rob’s Mac Air, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Can’t use app"
You can’t use app because the overlay will not let you select the proper choices!
