Garbage

Update turned off all the sensor notifications without me knowing it. Garage door was up the entire night. What good is a security system that doesn’t keep your house secure?

Works well

This app has been easy to use over the years. I wish they were little more gentle with the current Alexa integration (I kept thinking I’m running that wrong app with Alexa dialog opening as soon as I run the app) and I wish it didn’t decide it needs password once or twice a year, usually when you’re traveling and need it the most.

Software is flaky

Software seem slow and flaky.

Keeps asking

For me to opt in to marketing communications. I have responded at least 10 times NO. Horrible. Just got a 10,000 word EULA I had to accept to turn off my alarm.

Not as useful as advertised

When we had moved in, we were told this app showed us our living room lights and potentially ceiling fan. But now that we have had it for a year, it barely does anything besides AC and our front door. Disappointed, but for the two items it does, works.

Terrible security system

I have had the police come out numerous times because there is either a glass break error due to a thunderstorm or a sensor is not correct. When I call for help, this company does not send anyone here to help me. The tech calls and leaves a message. I am currently waiting for the police again even though when I was just called by the security rep, I said I was trying to clear the sensors per instructions. I have paid for the use of security, but not had security during my vacation (early May) until now, which is an entire month, because no one will help me. There was a thunderstorm during my early May vacation that said “glass break” although there was no glass break. Jason called and left a message. I was told when I purchased this system, help to me was at no cost and he would come out “anytime”. This is the last straw, I will be cancelling my contract with them tomorrow, if this is possible. If not, I EXPECT someone to come out and fix it!

I will never use again. Slow to react. Always trouble trying to connect or arm and disarm.

Terrible .. when ever I go away it doesn’t connect. So my properties are left without alarms Thx Honeywell

Awful

This used to work - until the app was updated. Now it doesn’t matter how many scenes I create, nor how many times I set my thermostat to 78 degrees, it ALWAYS resets to 80...on its own. Perhaps it’s because yours is a third-party app, and I should use one for the thermostat and one for the alarm system, but they why would the alarm company recommend yours when they have their own? And now, I can’t use it to control the two lights I have connected to it on the security unit. #Garbage

And because it is, I will not recommend you to anyone

You installed the camera and now you don’t wanna come out and service the camera unless I pay extra money this is not right and I’m going to report you and it was working when you installed it
