Nachdem ich diese Woche am IPHONE den Speicher verwalten wollte, habe ich die App wie schon öfters, ausgelagert. Nun ist die gekaufte Vollversion TOTAL FILES Pro nicht mehr verfügbar. Naja wie heißt es so schön früher war alles besser. Mich jetzt aufzuregen bringt hier nichts deswegen von mir die 2 Sterne da früher glaub ich diese Funktion mit den Downloaden früher bei den meisten der Grund war die Vollversion zu kaufen. Direkt dem Apple Support Bescheid gegeben was das für eine abzocke soll. Habe vor einigen Jahren Total für mich entdeckt und allen im meinem Umkreis auch empfohlen, da die App super ist. Habe dann auch die Pro Version käuflich erworben, da 5,99€ nicht wirklich viel Geld ist und gute Apps auch unterstützt werden sollten. Zudem habe ich die Vorzüge einer werbefreien App. Seit einigen Wochen soll ich nun erneut für App bezahlen. Mit dem Bezahlvorgang ist die App eine Vertrag mit mir eingegangen und verwehrt mir mein vertraglich zugesichertes Recht. Änderungen der Vertragsbestimmungen bedürfen zunächst meiner Zustimmung, welches nicht eingeholt wurde. Daher frage ich mich, aufgrund welcher Grundlage nun die Dienstleistung ausbleibt?! -- Elamaus Fledermaus, 2024-07-28 ### **--- "ProVersionen scheinen abzulaufen ??!!" Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie tut, was sie soll, und lässt sich leicht bedienen. Ganz selten hatte ich hier und dort Probleme, die ich schließlich selbst klären musste, zum Glück aber auch konnte, denn der Helpdesk ist nach meiner Erfahrung inexistent. Was mich jedoch wirklich maßlos ärgert und was auch der Grund für die schlechte Bewertung ist: 2016 hatte ich bereits die ProVersion gekauft — damals für 3,99€. 2023 konnte ich plötzlich meine Käufe nicht wiederherstellen, habe ständig Werbung erhalten und wurde immer wieder auf das Upgrade zur ProVersion aufmerksam gemacht, die ich jedoch ja längst hatte; etliche erfolglose Kontaktversuche später habe ich schließlich zähneknirschend erneut für die ProVersion bezahlt — noch mal 5,99€. (2024) Aktuell geht das ganze Spiel von vorne los: Werbung, plötzliches Einstellen der Wiedergabe und Auffordern zum Kauf der ProVersion, erfolglose Kontaktaufnahmen… Jetzt habe ich den Apple Support eingeschaltet. -- ChessMichaelMichaels, 2024-07-26 ### ****- "Nicht schlecht aber" Habe mir die pro Version gekauft aber das ich dann alles nochmal runter laden muss finde ich ehrlich gesagt Sch…..
