## Total Fitness UK Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Good when it works 🙄"
Really good. Quick and easy to use………..when it actually works. Constantly get the spinning wheel and the‘something has gone wrong’ message. Needs sorting
-- Edward Anthony Mason Cullen, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Frequent fail"
Awful app, majority of time circle of doom, can never book over popular class I wish at 8am for six days hence, phoning the club never works either, nor a basic web page. Seems after 15 minutes this morning web page finally works. Don’t know how long app will take to rectify itself. UX is awful.
-- Bad Boy Bob EB, 2024-10-30

### **--- "Rubbish"
Consistently unable to access so unable to book the classes I want. Actually thinking of leaving this gym.
-- nortonstar, 2024-10-29

### ***-- "The app"
I have not been able to book any classes on line as the app is not working this has been in going for a while, cannot book the classes I want to do very frustrating, I have cancelled my subscription as I have moved but don’t feel I want to make the effort when you just cannot get booked I .
-- The chowlander1, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Dreadful"
This app cannot cope with peak demand for booking classes- it’s so bad one has to ring the club to book a class. Get it sorted
-- Davidthebeat57, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Cannot access the App"
Each time I attempt to access the app it tells me username and / or password incorrect. Each time I change both the app then decides to give me my old password back in the password section. Each time telling me once again username / password incorrect. I have made several attempts to gain access but with no luck. Sorry TF but your app just doesn’t make the grade.
-- delicious spice, 2024-09-10

### ****- "Can we please make a date"
The app is good for providing access to fitness routines and account information but the booking system could do with some improvement notably the automated confirmation emails really need to include the date as well as the time. Also the server seems frequently to be overloaded first thing in the morning when a lot of people are trying to book
-- Palmers Pooch, 2024-09-10

### *---- "Awful App"
The Total fitness app is like out of the dark ages, it is unhelpful, massive lack of information, incredibly basic. I’m writing this review because I’ve just seen Pure gyms app, it is a million times better. Total Fitness you should be ashamed of yourself if you think this is an acceptable app for what you charge.
-- Reilly6969, 2024-08-25

### **--- "Nightmare of an app"
Cannot deal with volume when booking classes. Very frustrating when all functions locked no matter if you use wifi of 4g. Overly complex to navigate even if not booking a class
-- Ace'd, 2024-08-06

### *---- "App will not load Home Workouts"
I have a 10th Generation IPad and I cannot load Home Workouts. This appears to be the only way I can report this to the developer. The App I am using is the latest version.
