I have a 10th Generation IPad and I cannot load Home Workouts. This appears to be the only way I can report this to the developer. The App I am using is the latest version.

the app doesn't work very well. When trying to set up payments that app crashes every single time without fail there is no way to get in contact from the app needs a major redo of the app, the club is great, but the app needs a lot of work.

I presumed once I’d downloaded this there would be a way to link my membership number to it but there isn’t. So I have no password and can’t use it. Pointless.

Good app for navigating classes and membership but deeply flawed. Can’t delete members who no longer want to continue at the gym & individuals under a membership can’t have there own address you know if people live at different addresses? Very simple things and quite lazy from a programming perspective.

I’ve been using the App for nearly a month. It constantly shows no classes available, squash courts not able to be booked etc.

App just closes when trying to view my membership details

Nothing on the app works

Membership view is no longer working, logged out, deleted app and re-downloaded and still not working

My app hasn’t updated any of my information, thinks my account is an off peak account. I can’t book any classes, also tells me classes are available in my club when there not. I can’t make any appointments on the app or change my payment details. I’ve tried logging out and uninstalling. Nothing works.

It just does not work
