I have always been quite an active person, my main interests are Cycling and Swimming.
Three big improvements I have made since joining Total Training are my overall strength, Nutrition and sleep.
I have added a couple of strength and TRX classes to my schedule since joining Total Training but the biggest improvement I have made is with Nutrition.
The Nutrition part of the App and support and education from Total Training has been a game changer for me.
Knowing how much Protein, Carbs and Fats I need to fuel my body properly has and is continuing to make a big difference.
There are also many recipes which gives you lots of options.
With being educated on the importance of sleep, all of this is giving me more energy and I feel my workouts are much more effective.
