MEDIEVAL II brings Total War’s compelling mix of massive real-time battles and intricate turn-based strategy to iPhone and iPad. Set across three continents during the turbulent Middle Ages, spectacular conflicts and scheming rivals line the path to power as the great kingdoms of the medieval world vie for supremacy. Be it through diplomacy or conquest, trade or subterfuge, you must secure the resources and loyalty required to rule an empire from the shores of Western Europe to the sands of Arabia.

This is my favorite PC game and it definitely caught my eye when I saw it was on mobile so I had to get it. I understand it’s hard turning a PC game to mobile but it’s pretty difficult to use the game. The graphics are very smooth but still it’s hard for me to even operate the game.

### ****- "Fine overall. Battle mode UI needs work"
Playing in battle mode is a very frustrating experience. Single taps are registered as full orders, which means I’m repeatedly giving out bad orders simply by scrolling around the battlefield trying to find the very well camouflaged enemies.

I think the devs did perhaps the best job possible translating this very old, PC oriented video game onto iOS. But there is still a lot of room for polish.

Other than that, this feels very much like playing the original game on PC. And this game is incredible to this day. It’s simple, challenging, and yet surprisingly deep. 

It is not for everyone. It took me at least three hours to get through 20 turns. So instant gratification this game is not. But that is part of the joy of this game. Instead of flashy modern graphics, you get to watch your carefully well laid plans spring to life.

Feral did a great job with this Medieval 2 port. The touch controls are pleasant to use, even on the battle screen. I would like to make one request to the developers: could you please add a “merge all” button that merges all units of the same time in a single army?I spend way too much time merging depleted units after a battle. And then when the Black Death came, there was so much merging to do…

Total war medieval two is my favorite game on all of mobile first of all, it is the best battle game you can ever think of a mobile second there is no ads, so enjoy watching people fight where ads cannot attack you and finally this game it’s basically just a real life version of lord of the rings rise of Mordor plus a lot of my family members play these type of games like. Plus, there’s packs that will make you have your mind blown. It will include packs like the crusades, the tribal and the Teutonic.
