Over recent years while trying to lose weight, I’ve heard a lot of “Oh, it’s very difficult for a woman of your age to lose weight”, but not accompanied with any advice about what I can do about that. This program has helped me to surpass the goal my doctor set me - to be under the top of the normal weight range for my height and now I’m powering on to the goal set by TWD, which is within reach. I found the meal tracker really helpful, allowing me to see how what I was eating was adding up in the food groups and units each day. I could then adjust what I ate during the rest of the day, to help achieve the daily targets. Tye recipes are great and I like being able to swap what’s on the meal plan. The exercise program was great. At first some if the exercises looked a bit overwhelming, but as the weeks went on and I became stronger, I found I was able to do them, which gave me a great sense of achievement. The indulgences were helpful, but I’ve also learnt I need to limit them and to make changes for the long term, not just the 12 weeks. Thanks so much for your helpful program. Louise M

Still losing weight very happy
Would be nice if some of the features were available to owners of the book (i.e. recipes/shopping list generation) without the ridiculous cost of $800 per year.
Continues to charge me after I failed at it for 3 months, insists on rubbing my fat face in it for another 9 months of payments. Beware. Thievery.
App is good for quickly checking food for the day, but missing the ease of use for other aspects of the diet. Finding new foods to add is tricky, sometimes, add for for the day and it disappears. Which is not great when need to log food for the refund aspect of the diet. Need to log into website for doing the weekly meal plan and food swaps. Would be good if the app had a shopping list that could tick off or link to online food shopping. More work on the app is needed.
An easy to follow plan with achievable results
I’m really enjoying the program, and finding the tools, such as the tracker and the meal planner very useful, along with regular program reviews and guidance from Hope, the AI guide! I have lost 27 kilos in a bit over 12 months which is very pleasing, especially as I haven’t felt too hungry, which is something that has happened to me on previous diets. This means that this program is sustainable for me. The face book support group makes a big difference too, with lots of expert tips and motivational messages helping to keep me on track. When I achieved a milestone of officially being overweight instead of obese after many years, everyone reacted very positively to my post about my achievement, in a way that only a community of like minded people would be able to. The last 8 kilos that I need to achieve my goal weight are proving to be a challenge, but I feel that I will get there eventually.
I have enjoyed the TWD as it’s not a diet but a life changing experience that teaches you to eat healthier & excercise regularly . I reached my goal weight & am still loosing weight .
