This is crazy. You are suppose to be protection. You didn’t protect me from you. I got charged 3 times. 1.99 for the free 7 day trial and then twice for 39.00. Wow!! I have no intention of doing anything with you. 

I had my card locked and got a replacement card.  The bank got refunds on both 39.00 charges.  Thanks for your response to assist

Total Av is impossible to get rid of.  I downloaded the App, but prior to signing up I found another app i liked so i deleted this one. Total Av decided to start charging me a monthly fee, despite deleting the app. despite never having signed up. Several times i have reached out trying to cancel this company from stealing my money and each time they admit that i have no account.  They still try and charge me because they are crooks. just recently i decided to block them from ever being able to charge me because although they themselves admit i have no account they still feel entitled to charge me every month. i’ve tried to reach out by email because i still get notifications that they’re attempted charges have been blocked and they just recently decided to block me from emailing as well. do not do business with this company. don’t even download their app. this is a scam. i’ve reported them to the better business bureau. there is nothing that can be done from my standpoint that i haven’t done. Total AV is an absolute nightmare they are the most unprofessional disgraceful company I’ve come across. Avoid at all costs.

I made the mistake of installing this horrible app, and despite dozens of attempts to cancel my subscription (which does not appear in my Apple subscriptions), they are still charging my checking account $15 every month.  Every person I’ve spoken to promises to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund, but next month they charge me again.  Save yourself the trouble and the headache.

I’m really frustrated with this app. My boyfriend started with a free trial but when he deleted his account and cancelled the subscription. Some how they kept taking $14.99 out of his account. At first it was $1.99 then switched to $9.95 and then $14.😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡99 he emailed total av numerous times.   ( never got a response)to stop them from taking money out of his account even after cancelling account and subscription. So then he was forced to cancel his bank card and get a new one . Well some how total av was able to take the $15.99 off his credit card when the cancelled bank card didn’t work and then after receiving his bank card somehow they were able yo take $15.99 off the new bank card. With his numerous calls to his bank , PayPal , and his credit card company to block total av we thought this would stop but today his PayPal account got froze because of an unauthorized attempt by total av.  This is ridiculous and you people have been taking money out of his account for over a year. That’s how long we have been trying to get you to stop the payment on a cancelled subscription snd account. We finally got an answer and total av  reimbursed only $15.99 then turned around and tried taking the payment out of PayPal and now our account is froze. IM FIVE SECONDS AWAY HIRING A FOREIGN ATTORNEY AND TAKE TOTAL AV TO COURT!!! I do not care how much it will cost either. There’s nothing legal or any excuse in charging someone after cancelling for over a year.
