It’s more like customer headache . Useless chats and calls for 2 hours , With no solution for the problem . And u get black listed at the end , for not paying for others mistake .

I made an order and never received it. Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. No follow up from management or any apology. Will start using different apps.

Gazoil in Croissant

Ordered a croissant from the fresh store, got a real and heavy taste of Gazoil in it! When reported to customer care, they did not find any issue in that… anyway not sure how they source or store food… it might be unsafe

No refund even if it is submitted

i submitted an order which it took more than 1.5 hour to deliver, so i informed the support that i am not able to grab it since it took too mush time and at the mean time i have work meetings (i was at work), so they informed that they will refund me between 1 to 2 business days. It has been more than week and still didn’t refund me, and they have awful support they keep hanging you with no replies

my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory. it seems that the application has failed to maintain the standards it once prided itself on. The service has become increasingly unprofessional, with numerous instances of delayed deliveries, incorrect orders, and a noticeable decline in customer support responsiveness.
