very bad service
everytime i order the food is late, items are missing, they don't refund ... i would recommend "Gozilla" app which is way better with actual customer service and not bots

Very bad and unprofessional
They have a bad costumer service and the worst delivery operation /drivers….
Taking things for granted - Monopoly Application
Totters service has gone really bad. No delivery arrives on time, I am a golden member there, I use totters almost 40times a month, sometimes I use the app 3 times a day. It’s been a while that the service is really bad. Poor support operators always promising that it will be the last time yet every time more delays. The sad part is that none has created a competitor application because this application is really bad yet the only one to have a big network of stores and restaurants. I am considering deleting totters and getting back to order directly from restaurants and for groceries to use nok nok .
Don’t even bother ordering
This is the worst delivery app. The last orders have been a disaster, orders coming wrong, some coming late, sometimes the call center chooses not to answer. And unfortunately it’s a very commun things for the fast months and a half MOST of my orders have been a disaster The call center only apologizes and doesn’t really do anything about it’s operation A true Lebanese app because of its level of I competence

Order was 2 hours late, and marked as delivered. Contacted their support and was asked to reorder again!
Very bad and slow and doesn’t work
Each delivery takes at least 1 hour even tho the shop is 10 mins away !!! And the app is always down ! 0 stars

Application and offers are good, but customer service is unprofessional sometimes keeping you waiting for a long time.

everytime we ordered from this app something wrong will happen. yesterday we ordered food they changed the driver 2 or 3 time and then the driver cancelled the order it’s unacceptable
