I received a fake $50 bill from their driver and have been complaining about it all day. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved. Every time I ask to speak with the manager, I am told, 'We will call you in a bit ,but no one has contacted.

### ***** "Lost Wallet Returned Safely"
Two months ago, I was at my friend’s house, and we ordered food through Toters. Before leaving her house, I realized my wallet was missing, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. The next day, someone from the police station called to inform me that a Toters driver had found my wallet under my friend’s building and took it to the station. Everything, including the money and cards, was still inside. Also the driver has offered to send me back the wallet himself.

Groceries : prices additional cost then market cost by around 20%
Shops: deals same as when you call the shops. So totters don’t add any value for the prices or deals

Delivery Service: 
Fast- that was longtime when they first started in Lebanon. From a year and more, why ordering if it ll be delivered after 2 and 3 hours .

The first thing is that all the drivers have the worst hygiene possible and that they always are so mean to the costumers some drivers even ate the food along the way i hate this app

I was a loyal Totters customer for over two years, relying on them for all my orders. Unfortunately, their service has drastically declined. I now experience frequent issues with my orders, and their support team takes far too long to respond. Worse, they often close chats without resolving my problems.

Totters used to dominate the market in Lebanon, but their lack of care for customer support is driving people away. Many of my friends and family share similar frustrations, and we’re all switching to other platforms. Despite making significant profits from restaurants and stores, they provide terrible support and seem indifferent to their customers’ needs.

It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable app become so unreliable. I can no longer trust them and hope a new company steps in with better service. Totters needs to step up, or they’ll continue losing their loyal customers.

Toters provides a highly intuitive app experience, with customer support that is exceptionally reactive and proactive. The prices are excellent, and deliveries are handled with care. The selection of items is very broad, and the quality is consistently very good. However, I would appreciate more information on how Toters ensures the safety and well-being of their delivery fleet.

Even if theres someone on the line with you to complain to they take your comment very lightly and brush it off. My milk came reeking of fish and the support just brushed my complaint off like it never happened. Not to mention they take forever to reply and are never useless. I wouldnt be using this unless it was the only delivery app available in lebanon for everything. If i could put 0 stars i would.

Only reason i have this app is because its the only somewhat decent delivery in the region.
Other than that it has the absolute worst customer support i have ever experienced.
They even promise refunds for some of the horrible order deliveries and end up not refunding a single cent.

I had a very disappointing experience with Toters. The drivers they employ are extremely unprofessional and impolite. The worst part was the interaction with their customer service agents, who were even ruder. I was shocked by how disrespectful they were during our conversation. With such low-class service and rude behavior, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
