Please go and get the item yourself, they have very unprofessional support (if they ever reply!) The delivery damaged item and won't even bother to replace or even contact you for the damaged item! Save your money guys and don't use this rip off app!
The badest experience everrrrrrr
I received a fake $50 bill from their driver and have been complaining about it all day. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved. Every time I ask to speak with the manager, I am told, 'We will call you in a bit ,but no one has contacted.
I updated the app and the app is still not launching on iphone 11
Two months ago, I was at my friend’s house, and we ordered food through Toters. Before leaving her house, I realized my wallet was missing, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. The next day, someone from the police station called to inform me that a Toters driver had found my wallet under my friend’s building and took it to the station. Everything, including the money and cards, was still inside. Also the driver has offered to send me back the wallet himself. Huge thanks to Amthal Khadour!
Groceries : prices additional cost then market cost by around 20% Shops: deals same as when you call the shops. So totters don’t add any value for the prices or deals Delivery Service: Fast- that was longtime when they first started in Lebanon. From a year and more, why ordering if it ll be delivered after 2 and 3 hours .
The first thing is that all the drivers have the worst hygiene possible and that they always are so mean to the costumers some drivers even ate the food along the way i hate this app
Because the $100 was of the older color (although it was in very good condition, no tears) they made me give the food back at 2:00AM when all restaurants already closed. Thank you toters for a nasty service
I was a loyal Totters customer for over two years, relying on them for all my orders. Unfortunately, their service has drastically declined. I now experience frequent issues with my orders, and their support team takes far too long to respond. Worse, they often close chats without resolving my problems. Totters used to dominate the market in Lebanon, but their lack of care for customer support is driving people away. Many of my friends and family share similar frustrations, and we’re all switching to other platforms. Despite making significant profits from restaurants and stores, they provide terrible support and seem indifferent to their customers’ needs. It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable app become so unreliable. I can no longer trust them and hope a new company steps in with better service. Totters needs to step up, or they’ll continue losing their loyal customers.
