”ととのう”ためのサウナ入浴を支援するアプリです。
Apple Watchをつけてサウナに入るだけ。心拍をモニタリングし、予め設定した心拍数の超過を振動にて通知します。
細かな入浴時間の管理が不要となり、サウナ・水風呂・外気浴に集中することができるため、リラクゼーション効果の向上が期待できます。
入浴記録はiPhoneで確認でき、より自身にあった入浴方法を見つけるができます。

【アプリの機能】
(Apple Watch)
・あなたの心拍数を1秒周期で計測します。
・心拍数を視覚的に表示します。
・あなたが設定した心拍数の上限/下限(任意に設定可)の超過を振動で通知します。
・本アプリはバックグランドでの実行にも対応しています。

(iPhone)
・入浴ごとの以下情報を表示
　入浴時間、心拍数、消費カロリー、発汗量
・上記を集計した情報として以下を表示
　入浴時間の合計/平均、心拍数の最大最小/平均、消費カロリーの合計/平均、発汗量の合計/平均

【 ”ととのう” とは】
サウナ → 水風呂 → 外気浴を繰り返すことにより、温冷効果で「β-エンドルフィン」「オキシトシン」「セロトニン」が分泌されます。
それにより、気分高揚、幸福感、ストレス緩和の効果を得られます。その状態を”ととのう(整う)”と言います。

【 ”ととのう”ためには】
一般には サウナ → 水風呂 → 外気浴の入浴時間を計測しながら入浴します。
しかしこの入浴方法では以下の理由より、”ととのう”の状態に達するのは難しいとされています。
(1) 浴室内の温度・その日の体調など、その人/場所に応じた適切な入浴時間は異なる。
(2) 入浴時間の管理を強く意識するあまり、リラックス効果が減少する。

本アプリを使用することで、(1) 誰でもかんたんに心拍数を基準とし、入浴時間を管理することができます。
また、(2) 予め設定した心拍数の超過を通知してくれるので、入浴時間管理がノンストレスであり、心身のリラックスに集中することができます。

【留意事項】
本アプリは、あなたの健康状態を監視するためにHealthKitと統合して、あなたの心拍を計測します。
