Informacji przekazanej w prostej formie, łatwej w odbiorze a jednocześnie nienatarczywej. Ważnym problemem jaki dostrzegamy jest zagadnienie dostępności tych treści dla osób z niepełnosprawnością wzroku uniemożliwiającą ich odbiór gdy są one w tradycyjnej, wizualnej formie. W naszej ocenie również zagadnienie bezpieczeństwa tych osób w publicznej przestrzeni jest bardzo zaniedbany, a stosowane rozwiązania są wybiórcze i nieskuteczne. Zauważyliśmy, że postęp technologiczny stwarza możliwości, aby zagadnienia te rozwiązać w sposób systemowy. Systemowo, czyli poprzez wykorzystanie jednej technologii, ujednoliconego interfejsu użytkownika oraz powszechnie dostępnych urządzeń mobilnych. Obserwując tendencje rozwojowe nowoczesnych technologii na świecie, sądzimy również, że w niedługim czasie rozproszone sieci elektronicznych znaczników oraz sensorów staną się bardzo popularne i będą świadczyć szereg użytecznych usług. W naszych zamierzeniach, w wyniku realizacji projektu system znaczników TOTUPOINT będzie udostępniał pewien zakres tych usług ogółowi społeczeństwa likwidując jednocześnie wiele istniejących barier dostępności. W pierwszej kolejności celem naszym, a zarazem celem projektu, było opracowanie usługi zaspokajającej potrzebę skutecznego rozpowszechniania informacji najbardziej pożądanych przez jej dystrybutorów i odbiorców oraz stworzenie elementów systemu zwiększających poziom bezpieczeństwa osób niepełnosprawnych wzrokowo. W naszej opinii jako zespół posiedliśmy kompetencje do zaplanowania i wykonania projektu w oparciu poprawną analizę zagadnienia i stosowanie się do dobrej praktyki inżynierskiej gdyż wszyscy jesteśmy inżynierami z wieloletnią praktyką w zakresie projektów elektronicznych i informatycznych.
