Better hold on to whatever device you registered with!

Registered for a wash club two months ago, actually a very nice and useful feature. However my phone broke, I tried to log in on my new device. I can continue to buy washes but I can’t use my club to get a code. But they’re still taking the money out of my account every month. Doesn’t even have a way to remove a payment method or unsubscribe from the “club.”

False advertisement

I signed up on the app it says after registration I can get a free car wash but nope smh
