VEP & TNG

VEP uses singapore ID card for registration and TNG request Singaporean to use passport. How to activate TNG with VEP? Please help.

The apps using bot to answer your questions. It’s simply stupid every time you asked one question they replied to you with many FAQ and it’s not even answering to your questions. It’s simply very very annoying.

Limitation Transactions

All is good / Convenient, hence limitations transaction for foreigners. 5k / monthly too little, and there’s no ways to upgrade to Premium accounts for foreigners.

Unable to upload Singapore NRIC for account verification

Update : Uploaded my passport for account verification but failed with error “Documents do not match”. I believe this was due to the fact that I used my Singapore NRIC number to register for account but uploaded passport (passport number is different from NRIC) hence failed. Kindly look into this again as I am unable get any help from the online chat on this issue. Quote As a Singaporean, the system must input Singapore NRIC during account registration. However, I could not perform account verification because there is no option to upload Singapore NRIC; the only options are Malaysia NRIC and passports for foreigners. Unable to get help on this issue from online chat, help and support. Developer response: Your feedback on this matter is greatly valued. In order to proceed with the verification process for Singaporean nationality, we kindly request that you select 'Passport' and upload your passport photos as per the instructions provided. Unquote

Worst customer service and staff’s competencies

The application itself is ok but the company has employed the lousiest staffs to handle its customers. So, I totally not recommend to insert any single cent in there. The other e-wallets like WISE, Boost and Grab Pay are ways better than TnG.

Used to be able to top up by debit/credit card but now only can use them for auto reload only don’t know why they change it, now very inconvenient
