## Touch4Wash Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Where is my free credits?"
They tell you, you can get free credits when you sign up, but then they don’t give it to you and there’s no way to contact them.
-- KJRexplorer, 2026-02-18

### *---- "New owners"
Had issues with paying in the app at a location. Put on new card information etc. would not work. I ended up using my credits for the free wash I had earned even though I wanted the better wash-nothing happened except my credits were used. I left and called the number for a refund. The new owner informed me they don’t use the app. Why is it still showing on the location as one of the active sites at Bonne Terre Mo

### *---- "WARNING SCAM! Please report to Apple to remove this app from the App Store."
I purchased a service but never received it. I requested a refund, but it was not provided. Instead, I was pressured to purchase a more expensive service from the same provider, which I believe is a scam. Apple has failed to protect its customers in this situation. Please help.

### ***** "Matt"
Great app you don’t have to even use the pay station. You just start it from your phone. The owner is very nice and treat everybody good. Highly recommend getting the app.
-- MC9945, 2025-12-11

### **--- "Help"
Second attempt to get the app to work. No help, no contact numbers ! My issue is with the app and not the car wash.
-- Suean56, 2025-09-19

### **--- "Scam?"
I paid TWICE for a wash and no way to contact anyone to get a refund for the one because the “bay” areas are not listed as 1 or 2.
-- Roxannemmmmmmm, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Signed up for monthly membership card got charged and nothing works"
Extremely disappointed

### **--- "Sad Lady"
I usually enjoy using this app to wash my car. I usually never have issues with it today I did. I got charged twice and it wouldn’t let me go through the car wash I thought I selected the right one. I am very upset about this cause $30 is a lot of money to be charged.
-- Lex-Louise97, 2025-03-10

### ***** "Easy to to use and great service!"
Always use the app for my
local car wash spot. App makes it super easy and the rewards perks are a great bonus. Customer service is also A+.
-- SocialHysterian, 2025-02-27

### ***** "Best Value!"
Keeping your vehicles clean is as important as changing the oil and other maintenance! Touch4Wash provides great service for a fair price. If the wash is closed due to weather they automatically extend your membership. If the wash cycle quits or doesn’t start, they will refund any extra money you spend at the wash. Thanks Touch4wash!
