TOUCHGRIND BMX 2 is een fysica-gedreven BMX-stuntspel met unieke besturing met twee vingers.

ERVAAR ONGELOOFLIJKE OMGEVINGEN terwijl je over oogverblindende locaties overal ter世界 rijdt. This is the best and only bike  app that I have tried, but it super cool because you get to do a lot of cool and new tricks off the ramps! And not only that there are ramps there are many ramps that you can maximize your score for you to get a gold! I have a silver on the game and I get better every, no I mean EVERY single time and moment I play it! You also get to LEARN how to do the tricks off the ramps that you don’t know how to do! Like, I didn’t know how to do the 720 air and I just gave it a shot and it was not bad! The things that I kind of don’t like : that there are  or too many rocks 🪨 but there are quiet a few of them. Though that is the only thing I don’t like about BMX 2 !😅 anyways I was very excited when I got this game I thought that it would have been a little worse, but it turns out that it wasn’t as bad as I thought 💭!

INGREDIËNTEN

KOOKSTAND
175 gr Bastogne koeken
50 gr boter of margarine
600 gr roomkaas (op kamertemperatuur)
100 gr suiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker
3 eieren (op kamertemperatuur)
200 ml crème fraîche (op kamertemperatuur)
1 eetlepel maïzena

BEREIDING
Verwarm de oven voor op 140° graden op de hete lucht functie. Zet een bak of ovenschaal met water onder in de oven, dit zorgt ervoor dat de lucht vochtig blijft en er minder snel scheuren in de cheesecake komen.
Knip uit een vel bakpapier een cirkel in het formaat van de bodem van de springvorm. Vet de springvorm in en leg het bakpapier op de bodem.
Doe de koekjes in een keukenmachine en mix totdat er fijne koekkruimels overblijven. Smelt de boter in een pannetje en meng met de fijngemalen koekjes. Verdeel het mengsel over de bodem van de springvorm en druk aan met de achterkant van een lepel. Er moet een stevige koekjesbodem ontstaan.

Doe de roomkaas, suiker, vanillesuiker en eieren in een kom en mix door elkaar. Voeg de crème fraîche en de maïzena erbij en klop nogmaals kort door. Giet het roomkaasmengsel in de springvorm op de koekjesbodem.
Zet vervolgens ca. 50 minuten in de oven. Zet daarna de oven uit en laat de cheesecake in de oven die op een klein kiertje staat afkoelen. Als hij op kamertemperatuur is zet je hem in de koelkast en laat hem nog 6 uur (of een hele nacht) goed opstijven.
Tips: bewaar de cheesecake maximaal 3 dagen in de koelkast. Je kunt hem ook in stukken snijden, in plastic zakjes of folie doen en invriezen tot maximaal 1 maand.
Voor het maken van cheesecake gebruik ik meestal Monchou of Philadelphia roomkaas maar een ander (huis)merk kan ook.
