TouchNet Mobile is your single point of access to campus life, combining student ID functionality with electronic payment processing and access control to enhance the whole student experience.

TouchNet Mobile is a unique, mobile-based technology from TouchNet that enables campus administrators to offer students a single point of access to campus life. It serves as a secure payment system for campus services, goods and activities, as a virtual ID card, and gives students access to events, buildings, libraries, and other campus facilities using pin codes, passwords and geo-fencing.

Students can also manage their OneCard account with features such as deactivating their card, checking their balance, report on transaction history and more. With configurable icons, campus information such as athletic events, dining menus, bus schedules and more are readily available within TouchNet Mobile.

Participating TouchNet Mobile terminals can include vending machines, photocopiers, laundry controllers, print stations, financial terminals, dining point of sale terminals, event, activity, access terminals and more.

Doesnt let me log in

Awful app, totally useless. Frustrating.

logging in issues?

anytime i close the app and log in, it keeps telling me that my student account is already assigned ? when i’m just trying to log into the assigned account? it doesn’t make sense, and when i log in correctly, it doesn’t budge and continues to stay on the login screen.

Can’t login

Everytime i try to log in it gives me the error “ Your mobile device is already registered to 360u, please contact your campus administrator to reset your device ID.” Theres apparently no fix to this other than factory resetting your phone

Crashes

As I “search for your school”, it closes. Useless.

Doesn’t work

Horrible app. Doesn’t work half the time. It’s so annoying because you have to sign in every time you use it. But when you go to sign in, it says device was already registered then crashes.

College use

It’s not even working I’ve signed up and I cannot check my balance at all

It won’t work

I don’t know how the school allowed to use this app because once you login and use it once, it won’t work the next time you try to login. This would be pretty okay if it could actually function.

Horrible

Won’t even let me log in and it keeps bugging out. I was able to use it one time and then it just never allowed me to log back in and just keeps saying “account already assigned”

Don’t waste your time

Worst school app, don’t know who coded this app but they need to be fired. They need to learn how to code a working directory. If a major school is not appearing when I enter it you have a major problem. Need to go back to the drawing board on this one or turn over your project to someone who capable of executing it.
