## TouchNote Reviews in United Kingdom

### ****- "Some bugs still to iron out"
Love this app but there are still some bugs - such as access to photos for stamps and the submit button when choosing addresses. Otherwise it’s great
-- divdav4/7, 2024-12-28

### ***** "Excellent for custom cards!"
TouchNote is a fantastic app for sending customized cards and postcards to family and friends. The app itself is so easy, and the product offering is so brilliant.
-- Lajddjdbshdb, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Help"
The App doesn’t open for me anymore. No doubt deleting it will mean all my previous cards and saved addresses will be lost. You support a business for years and years and then they shaft you, just in time for Christmas
-- @mileslanham, 2024-12-15

### ***** "Make Someone Happy"
Easy to use and always appreciated.
-- quickchic9, 2024-12-14

### ***** "Unique way of showing someone how much you care"
I love using TouchNote as I enjoy expressing how I feel about somebody in a unique way and I love getting people unique gifts
-- crazeash, 2024-12-11

### **--- "Confusing pricing with expiring funds"
They are hugely vague on pricing, which is very off-putting.

You buy tokens, but what does a token get? There are savings for buying bulk tokens, but the tokens expire (no notification system) so you lose your money if it isn’t all used. But then they don’t tell you how much longer. It’s like its actively designed to trick you

Rule #1 with a low ticket consumer app is to get your loyal customers to use you more. Touchnote seems to go out of its way to sting its loyal customers. Eg offer 2y token planning, with reminders, and we’d use for holidays not just christmas.
-- Zer0433, 2024-12-05

### ***** "Great app"
Easy to use, wide choice of formats and finishing touches,hassle-free service. Fab!
-- Nonamesavailableapparently, 2024-11-27

### ***** "One of The Best Apps"
One of The Best Apps I have subscribed to. Send a card from wherever you are and whatever theme, without having to hunt for an appropriate card and making it personal by crafting your own. Personal photo albums are also great as gifts. Definitely recommend this app if you send a lot of cards throughout the year - a worthwhile purchase!
-- DeeFit, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Warning"
Paid for a year membership. Had some credits left (around 12!) when it expired recently and was saving these to use them before the end of the month to send Christmas cards. TouchNote without warning took these away. I am shocked that they never made it clear that when your membership expired they would immediately take away any unused credits that you had paid for. They should at least send you a warning to let you know to use them.
-- PinkLlama11, 2024-11-16

### ***** "Great"
I love using TouchNote especially when I am on holiday and can use my own photos to send postcards to family and friends. It makes it so easy and personal. I have used it for greeting cards too which is great. I will be using it for as long as I can. Thank you TouchNote team for doing such a great job. Fran
