In addition to a meditation for each day of the year, Touchstones includes lists of the Twelve Steps and the Twelve Traditions. I love checking out the readings daily. It definitely helps me keep mindful about how I frame my life in my mind. It’s easy to fall off the wagon of reading it daily. I would love it if it was possible to push a button and have it read out loud to me either by an author, another reader, or minimally Siri, Although she does not seem to understand what she’s reading. Sometimes it’s nice just to hear it and reflect on it. Also I find when I hear other people reading, it helps me view things in a new light.
