Auf der Tourenplaner SCHWEIZ App finden Sie eine Fülle an Wandervorschlägen aus allen Regionen der Schweiz. Klicken Sie sich durch unsere Themenwelten und lassen Sie sich inspirieren! Ob anspruchsvolle Bergtouren, Gipfel- und Hüttenerlebnisse, familienfreundliche Themenwege, Kurzwanderungen für Senioren, kulturelle Stadtrundgänge oder Winter- und Schneeschuhwanderungen – der Tourenplaner SCHWEIZ ist die Inspirationsquelle für Ihre Aktivitäten rund ums Jahr! 

Verantwortlich für den Inhalt ist die Redaktion der Zeitschrift Wandermagazin SCHWEIZ. Aussagekräftige Texte und Bilder sowie regelmässige Aktualisierungen sorgen für eine hohe Qualität der Tourenvorschläge. Alle Vorschläge enthalten neben dem detaillierten Wegbeschrieb ein Höhenprofil, technische Angaben zu Wanderzeit, Streckenlänge und Höhendifferenz sowie Tipps und Angaben zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkehrmöglichkeiten und öV-Haltestellen. 

Neben der Outdooractive-Karte können weitere Kartengrundlagen, wie zum Beispiel die  Swisstopo-Karte, genutzt werden. Karten und Touren können mit der App offline gespeichert werden, so dass Sie jederzeit und an jedem Ort auf Ihre Tourdetails zugreifen können. Dank der Synchronisation zwischen App und Web sind Ihre Daten auf allen Geräten stets auf dem aktuellsten Stand.

Alle Touren sind thematisch übersichtlich und nach Regionen sortiert. Sie können aber auch Ihre eigene Wanderung von zu Hause aus bequem selber planen: Dazu wählen Sie zunächst eine Aktivität (z.B. Wandern, Bergsteigen, Radfahren...) und dann auf der Karte den Startpunkt und das Ziel für Ihre Tour. Und schon berechnet der Tourenplaner SCHWEIZ die ideale Route für Sie, inkl. Wegzeiten, Streckenlänge und Höhendifferenz. Tourenplanung kann so einfach sein!

Apple Health:
Beim Aufzeichnen eines Tracks mit einer Apple Watch kannst du deine Aktivität mit vielen Details wie Herzfrequenz und Kalorienverbrauch mit Apple Health teilen.

vor dem update, als die app noch wanderapp hiess, war ich begeistert und habe zum wandern und planen von wanderungen nur diese app genutzt. seit dem update, namenswechsel und seitdem man sich registrieren muss und für diverse funktionen bezahlen soll, nutze ich die app kaum noch. ich habe noch nie so eine massive verschlechterung einer app erlebt wie bei dieser!
