### ***** "Quail Hill Apartment Tour"
Took a self guided tour of Quail Hill apartments after first speaking with Lauren from the leasing office who over the phone got to know me and what I value in a community and beautifully paired me with options to visit. Her follow up was timely and she answered all my questions and was so kind. I am so impressed with the process. She explained the application and move in steps. Thank you Lauren for your tremendous customer service!
-- Anne Marie Valum, 2025-02-21

### *---- "Didn’t work"
Had multiple viewings scheduled at different apartments. None of them were loaded on the app. Still didn’t work after calling for tech support and getting our tours resubmitted
