1. No employees ask if I have a membership. When I pay and ask if I can put the points they’re like “oh you have to ask the cashier before you pay and we can’t add points after you pay.” For real? I asked then if i can get refund and repay and they said no refund at all. (That I paid literally 5 seconds ago.) 
2. Can’t add points with your receipt. 
3. Pre-order doesn’t work.

You guys have terrible system, no employees bother to ask if I want to add points- when I ask after they’re like ahah too bad you can’t! I have missed $100 worth of points. Just gonna go to Paris baguette

If I could’ve give zero start to the app I would. The app is blank. There nothing I can do, I can’t even find the menu at all. It’s frustrating, and don’t get me wrong I’m a big fan of TLJ but the app make me have different experiences 💔

Is not a very user friendly app. Doesn’t work for my location but other locations seem to partially work (but menu options are extremely limited at those other locations, so it’s hard to say if it’s reflecting store inventory or it’s just super limited what they offer for online ordering and a waste of effort overall).

I need to log in to my account every single time because it doesn't have my account saved unlike other apps. 

It's so annoying to log in each time especially when I can't remember my password and I need to use "find my password" each time.

Please fix the bug and update the app.

### *---- "Simply just doesn’t work at all"
You can't order anything for pickup or even see the menu, which is supposed to be the app's main feature; the last update it got was a year ago, which is ridiculous if your app has ongoing issues. I’ve only been using it for rewards but even then when I try to scan with the app sometimes that doesn’t even work. This app is basically just a brick. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

### *---- "Pretty app that has no clue of its operations"
Didn’t know there was a pickup option until the staff at the bakery told me. But when I tried, sometimes the option came up, sometimes I didn’t. I returned to the bakery to ask, they didn’t know.

Through observation I discovered that pick up is until 5pm even though the bakery can be opened until 10pm.

And then I tried to do a pick up order on a separate day. Finally had the option. But. You have to set a pick up time BEFORE you add things to the cart which is the reverse of how other apps do it. Which throws me back to “select a time” again because I was given only 5 mins to add to cart.

And to add salt to wound, when I finally was at the check out screen, the app threw me a “Internal Server Error”.

Good grief, too much hassle to order through the app.

App doesn’t show any bake goods except for 2 cakes.  Hire some app developers that can show your inventory like other bakery stores.

I downloaded the app because the worker recommended it, but it’s only allowing me to order ahead 3 different cakes. There’s nothing else it’s allowing me to order. There’s no rewards barcode to scan at register, and I can’t add missing points anywhere.
