Overall very good app but with today age and trucks come factory with car play and android auto when connected to that you get no notification when a call is sent to you an app for car play would be a game changer

It would be nice if I could change the notification tone on iOS

This app will randomly sign me in if I’m logged out, or randomly sign me out if I’m signed in. Very annoying when there is a limited amount of time to read the job and accept or reject. iPhone 14 max

Will be 5 stars when we get dark mode support and dark mode icon support for iOS 18

I need to receive notifications for business. But haven’t been getting any for a couple months now. Garbage.

I love my android towbook app, but when I was forced to use an iPhone for work and subsequently the iPhone app I absolutely hate it. So very different from the android app and very limited. Finding things is impossible and the drop-down menu for giving an ETA on a digital DISPATCH? Seriously? If your ETA is something out of the ordinary, you’re gonna need a calculator to figure out exactly how many minutes, not hours like android, because everything is in minutes. When I have to search for vehicles in the completed calls section it brings me up everything except what I’m looking for. iPhone towbook app is so terrible that I’m dumping my iPhone and getting another android.

IOS user. Latest update messed with iPhone quality. Drivers used to be able to edit call times, especially when the server acts up. We send screen shots of google maps to dispatch so they can keep track of destinations and eta’s Now we can’t. Dealerships grade our performance on this. Hope to get it back When you select 20-30 pictures to upload the app sometimes only uploads maybe 5. And then there will be duplicates. Vin reader will not work because the in app camera quality is terrible. It doesn’t auto focus IOS users need the selfie mode for taking pics of under cars

I’ve experienced the app crashing after I accept jobs, which causes me to lose money. If “Tow Book” fix the bugs it would be a pretty good app.

The app is good and allows for seamless communication between dispatchers and drivers i cant speak on customer service it would be great if the app worked with apple carplay and android auto for marking calls and pulling up gps from the trucks stereo

Works better on android phones than iPhone . Needs lots of work if you ask me
