## ToWell Reviews in United States

### *---- "Setup"
It’s junk can not setup try for hours.
-- Camera junk, 2026-01-22

### *---- "No good"
These cameras are no good at all can not get them to connect for nothing I’m very disappointed in this purchase
-- Waco Jb, 2026-01-10

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
It took me several attempts over 2 days to get the camera connected to my iPhone 13. Then a week later it stopped working and I cannot get it reconnected.

I sent 2 “notes” as they call them to support and have not received, not even one reply.

Can I get a response and assistance now?
-- Warrezz1, 2025-08-12

### *---- "Unable to create an account"
I am not able to set up an account to actually use the 4 cameras I purchased, and tried to contact support but it is not in English. If this cannot be set up, I have waited a lot of money!!
-- Jsplitt, 2025-07-27

### *---- "waste of money"
yep, the other reviews online are true. impossible to connect. creepy LOUD voice come out of the cameras and repeats apparently something about wifi but sounds chinese. I am pretty tech savvy but could get this to work.
-- Marisela Alvarez, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Cannot setup an account. Spent hours trying to setup an account. I downloaded the current app from the APP Store. Sends an email to me to verify the email. It comes with no information at all. It cycles forever trying to setup bluetooth. I am just going to send the cameras back if I can get support to respond to my request.
-- Carlspectrum, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Awful"
Don’t waste time or money. I kept trying but I should have returned it sooner. Don’t try to save a buck, go for something better. Doesn’t work like it did before the update. Pretty much useless.
-- SoylaA8523, 2025-06-10

### *---- "Terrible Update"
This most recent Update removed the ability to scrub through recorded videos. It is horrible. You cannot zoom in to a specific area you can only zoom in to the general window.

Do better!
-- UserOhio614, 2025-06-02

### *---- "Can’t use!"
USA isn’t an option and can’t login to use camera
-- Alwaysdirect, 2025-04-23

### *---- "This app is horrible"
This app is horrible, it signs you out and you can’t log back in…even if it’s the correct password or even if you do the process of changing the password…it won’t sign you back in if you have an iPhone
