### ***** "Great food! Clunky pay system"
Food, coffee, service all fantastic. The app is a little clunky to order and pay with
-- chosen18124, 2025-05-01

### *---- "Janky app"
It has never worked for me. Always an issue with something every time
-- imalampalex, 2025-03-01

### *---- "Incapable"
The app continues to show a prompt saying “The drive store has been deactivated due to the following reason(s): credit_hold” when I call the Town center Va Beach location they have no assistance for the app and will not render the apps sale prices. This app is incapable of completing orders.
-- 1mSiccud, 2024-10-14

### ***-- "Crashing after iOS 18 update"
App is crashing after you order since the iOS update. The order goes thru but it crashes as soon as you hit place order
-- marvinvb, 2024-09-20

### ***** "I love Cold Pressed Towne Center"
Consistently great food and drinks, the staff is delightful! The smoothie bowls and oatmeal bowls are delicious and my favorite drink is the Toffee frozen!!!
-- Wendy D ABC, 2024-08-24

### *---- "Never works"
I can never use my rewards because the app always throws errors. I always get too frustrated and cancel my order. It’s been like this for months.
-- KyleneMV, 2024-08-22

### ****- "Nice app, great store"
I really love TCCP. Having an app to place orders is great. I love that pretty much everything can be customized. At the point of payment I wish the app did not require a CVV code - that’s makes it less convenient since I now have to dig for my card.
-- Xzaxza, 2024-08-20

### ***** "Best coffee in town!!!"
Best breakfast sandwiches and coffee in town. Love atmosphere and employees are so nice.
-- Wesley757, 2024-07-06

### *---- "Fix your app"
Let me use Apple Pay. Y’all are asking for too much info, ho.
-- BMO019394874, 2024-02-26

### *---- "Super clunky"
Why don’t the discount codes work? It doesn’t say a reason, just not valid.
Why no autofill on credit card and personal information input?
Error messages constantly.
Hope this helps. Great idea but super time consuming to place an order so I usually just order old school -go in store and place full price order.
-- M Toller, 2023-09-08

### *---- "Can’t add items to order"
Keeps saying an error occurred.
-- JaiL70, 2023-08-21

### *---- "Not working"
Can not add anything to shopping cart.
-- cdscbhcbsdhkcbdjskc, 2023-08-11

### *---- "Garbage app"
Just like the last one.
No auto fill
Buttons and fill ins don’t receive button pushes
4 screens to open
No picture or auto credit card
-- EL the Warrior, 2023-07-15

### ***** "Love it! 😍"
The app is super user-friendly, and the store even more so - the staff is amazing!
-- SmileyRiley19, 2023-05-25

### ***** "Cold pressed is an upcoming chain with tastier option than Starbucks"
It’s a great system where I can look forward to free things way more often than other coffee/smoothie places :)
-- avajoe1038, 2023-05-15

### ***** "Easy to use and Mobile app"
This is a easy way for me to order my favorite items quickly and I love that it saves my “complicated” order :) so that I can always get it right each time.
-- tinyhaug, 2023-05-09

### *---- "New App no better than old app so far"
New app won’t display correctly on my iPhone. I hated the old app. I hate the new app in completely different ways.
