Town of Frederick Reviews

Amazing idea - poorly executed

Unfortunately, the app will not allow me to actually pay my utility bill. I try every month hoping the bug will be fixed but every month when I go to pay, it just has the loading circle over the payment information so I can input anything and complete the payment. If this gets fixed it’s 5 stars for me easily but at the moment I can’t use it for what I need it for.

Nice App

I like the app, the only downside is it does not allow me to stay logged on. I have to log back into the app each time I launch it.
