## TownHall+REBoL Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Healthy options but no info"
It’s kind of weird a place focused on organic, nonGMO foods w keto options don’t actually publish the nutritional facts for their food on their site or app.
-- SJSfWDM, 2024-06-23

### ****- "East app but be careful of applying credit in store"
Sometimes credit isn’t used if you order in store
-- Emily896322, 2023-09-05

### ***** "Best food in the world!"
And a really solid app.
-- Pinato, 2023-08-09

### ***** "Food"
The food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful, waitresses so helpful and polite! Our experience this week has been wonderful in fact we enjoyed it so much on day one of our vacation that we ended going back daily and everything was delicious! Can’t wait to come back next year, we just wish y’all were in Florida!
-- Lizardslip, 2023-08-04

### ***** "Great for Special Diets"
Love this place. I can go and order so many things thanks to their paleo options. Highly recommend!
-- hbowers2, 2023-07-14

### ****- "Great dishes and options but app needs work"
I appreciate the high quality dishes, good healthy options, but the app does not clarify ingredients and does not permit any sort of narrative from the customer; for ex: I have celiac disease, must eat GF; many of the dishes are likely GF, or have GF options, but in many instances, the customer has no ability to be assured (I.e. Are the rosemary, potatoes GF? Why are the breakfast tacos advertised with a corn shell option, but the customer cannot actually select this on the app?) other similar restaurants in other cities allow the customer to place a short narrative with the item selected, so the communication between kitchen and customer is facilitated. See:Modern Market in Boulder, Bartaco in Denver.

### ***** "My favorite place"
Best place in town.
-- Buzz shiteyear, 2023-05-12

### ***-- "Estimated completion time is way off"
Whenever I order, I almost always have to wait for my order 5 to 10 minutes longer than the app says my food will be ready. It is really annoying. And then when you point this out/ask the servers, they get put out that they have to walk back and check on the order. Every time I insist on them checking on my order, they come back from the kitchen with it. Was it just sitting back there?
-- typhen33, 2023-05-08

### ****- "Great app, one small issue"
Overall great app. However I have received periodic emails about a promotion offering a free bone broth. When you click on the reward and say “begin order” the reward item is not added to the basket so there is no way to redeem the reward. Hoping this is just a minor bug that will be resolved in future updates.
-- T rage, 2023-01-31

### ***** "No complaints here!"
The food here is flawless. The App works well without a hitch. It’s clear to use and the options or adjustments are easy to navigate. I wish more apps worked this way. Keep up the good work.
