Lvl 1727. I never complained about your application but this level it’s impossible to solve. I demand, if you respect your self and users to fix this and give reward for wasted time, and not two dollars, just to do something. Serious reward for our nerves! You want some feedback? Here you go! Prove it, until then u got one star! 
No additional buildings, very hard to advance, make this game a back step, comparing with 5-6 years ago!

Ma joc cred ca de 4-5 ani si zilnic intru pe joc, dar aveti aceleasi jocuri… nu ati avut decoratiuni de Haloween sa le cumpar si nici acum de Craciun nu pot cumpara. Jocurile cu harta.. nu le pot termina niciodată pentru ca sunt foarte lungi si costisitoare. Iubesc jocul asta, e orasul meu, dar nu il pot îmbunătății cu noi decoratiuni. ### **--- "Horrible support and app is bugged"
I encountered several bugs during event plays mostly. I decided to report one, and the outcome from support team was not as expected. I reported a missing booster, it was not activated during the level but the number of boosters was reduced, and as the agent did not reply back within a few hours (2 maybe even 3 hours) I asked for manager. The manager replied telling me what the booster does, which was obviously not helpful. 
I will modify my rating once I have this issue resolved. It is not a matter of a missing booster anymore, but of horrible treatment from customer service desk.

I was trying to complete the challenges from the levels game and I was on the first place until the very last second, with great distance from the second and other positions. After the challenge ended, i ended up on 6th place, which is a great error and not the first time that I encounter with this issue. It is clear this is not just a bug. The game is set so a real person who’s playing the game won’t win the first place.

But something must be done. I am a loyal player, and the game itself is pretty nice, with new events and stuff, and, I told my dad about this game, and we got addicted (he is level 35-36 and I’m 16-17) so we decided “why not have my mom play to?” So, we installed the app on her phone, and when we logged in with HER PERSONAL EMAIL, guess what: THE ACCOUNT WAS MY DADS. I was shocked!! We contacted township suport and realised a lot of players have experienced this and township still has not fixed.

Hey rownship! i love this game since i was like 12 and ive been obsessed with it since but i noticed that you guys changed the mini games… some time ago there were more games like the jumping ball, the duck parkour game, the decorating a house… etc and now its only merge and puzzles? i think it would b so much fun if you guys added the old games again, but besides that i absolutely love the game🫶🏼
