I can’t delete or create a new auto payment. My monthly fee has changed and I will be overcharged if I can’t edit my auto pay.

Most of the time when I get a message about a post as a push notification when I tap to open, I’m in a logged out state and then when I tap to log in I’m at the home page, and the push notification is gone so I can’t read it. It kind of defeats the point of the notification if I can’t read it.

This app is awful. You can’t even perform the most basic tasks because everywhere it asks for input, it does not pop up the keyboard! You literally can’t TYPE ANYTHING in the app.

My HOA went up, but this app charged the original app, kept adding late fees, can’t change to my new recurring charge, but cool they are also trying to sell me useless coupons on stuff I don’t need

Of all the HOA's I've been part of there has never been one with as HORRIBLE of communication options as Town Sq. Do NOT use this company if you are thinknng about it.

This captive community portal through Associa has limited accessibility to HOA historical data, and is frustrating use. Document search is frustrating. There is no ability to access events and announcements in the past. Finally, the developer does not include any meaningful information in the Release Notes for updates. The user is only offered a canned & meaningless statement.

Two-stars at best. The app is confusing and not user friendly.

I only use ONE email and only ONE password when I have signed into this App and all of a sudden there is No Acct associated my email. App is as useful as the HOA.

New posts can’t be viewed in the main page for several hours.

This app is very hard for seniors to navigate!
