## Towtaled Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not worth it"
This app just relies off Waze. Every time I get a notification I check where the location is at. I go to Waze check the same spot and it’s already been reported on Waze. A lot of people just pull over for something then on their way or just abandon the car. Also, a lot of notifications get duplicated because somebody on Waze reports it just a quarter mile down the road from when someone else reported it. Just in general, not worth the $50 a month especially when you can download Waze, which is free where they are getting their information from.

### *---- "Not Reliable for Towing Companies"
I downloaded this app because it claims to help towing companies find disabled vehicles. It offers a free trial before charging a monthly subscription, so I decided to give it a chance.

Within minutes of installing it, I received a notification about a vehicle supposedly needing a tow. I drove there immediately, and there was nothing. I decided to give it one more chance when another notification appeared in a different location. I drove there as well, and once again, there was no disabled vehicle.

By the end of it, I had wasted valuable time for absolutely nothing.

From my experience, it seems the app is simply using traffic data from services like Google Maps or Waze, where a vehicle stopped on the shoulder doesn’t necessarily mean it needs a tow. Someone could have stopped to make a phone call, check directions, or grab something from their car and leave a minute later. That is not a legitimate towing lead.

As towing companies, our time is valuable. We can’t afford to chase false alerts all day. Unless this app can verify that a vehicle actually needs roadside assistance or a tow, I cannot recommend paying for the subscription.

Very disappointing experience.

### **--- "Error"
The app has not been function properly for a month
-- Popp2026, 2026-07-22

### *---- "Accidents"
It’s delayed
-- D*** Up, 2026-06-23

### ***** "Frustrating but still effective"
For some reason this app is dropping all heavy traffic and standstill traffic as wrecks today. This has never happened before so there must be a bug.
-- WreckChaser, 2026-06-01

### **--- "Poor response"
Doesn’t respond when trying to get help they always say contact you send and email and never get back to you with issues they know about and don’t correct
-- Jab transport, 2026-05-27

### **--- "Used to be good now useless"
This app used to be on point now it doesn’t show any accidents in my area
-- JayD1053, 2026-04-13

### *---- "App not working properly"
Lately I haven’t been getting notifications, kept updating, closing the app and reopening, still no incidents, this has caused me to miss many events.
-- Bad app j, 2026-03-25

### ***-- "More info needed"
It don’t tell you if the car is still there. No way to contact the driver.
-- theGloyou, 2026-01-15

### ***** "Helpful"
Very great
-- Good for a tow trucks, 2026-01-11
